M. S.Had surprisingly great service here. Very helpful and friendly staff who did much more than I initially came in for... I don't know why they're not my main bank
C. W.TSB has been my bank for over 50 years and visited on Monday 18 June 2018 after a number of years of using other banks nearer facilities. I have been to visit the Wellington branch a few weeks ago following the recent technical problems and found that the cash points outside were not working plus a huge queue inside. Today it was markedly better with no huge queues and the technology all back to normal.
I asked for assistance at the reception desk and a lovely lady was able to help me with my transaction straight away. She was very positive and apologetic when she asked me to pass her something that I did not have! The apologies continued and the service was exemplary - I felt like a valued customer and the receptionist was also able to offer some instant advice on current account interest rates.
