Great place, friendly staff and really friendly animals. Lovely day out, my son loved holding the guinea pig and feeding the animals, although.. I think I enjoyed it more. Great sized play area and lots of space to run around outside.

Great place. Plenty for kids to do. Outdoor play area. Indoor animal petting area where you can hold a guinea pig or rabbit and Feed the goats & sheep. Friendly staff. The menu in the cafe has plenty of choice. My 5 year niece had a birthday party here and they had a fab time.

Lots for children to do. We took 2 children and were there for 4 hours. It was busy but not crowded. Plenty of space and a nice walk to see the animals. It also has a room for children to be creative with pencils and paint. Three large bouncy castles, free once you enter the farm. Good value

Fantastic day out - will be coming here more regularly for sure, my little boy had an absolute blast! Staff were all super nice and friendly. There was a little glitch with their website around the bank holiday opening times but they were very proactive in fixing any potential issues with our booking - while our booking was absolutely fine it was nice to see them actively reaching out to people to try and fix any issues. There are bags of activities and things to do - the playground suits so many ages and the area where you get to hold a fury friend is awesome :) Nice cafe with plenty on offer - Would absolutely recommend for a day out with the kids

Loved every moment of it!!! Very Child friendly place. There were so many different animals to see, some that you could also feed. The animals were adorable and very sweet, there was so much to see and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Especially Ellie one of the keepers who took a moment to sit with us, she was very kind and made the experience what it was. We learned so much about the animals and even had a little cuddle with some. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who loves animals and wants a great day out.

Been with my 7year old daughter and my mum was a lovely place very clean food was nice just waited a while for it but excetable cause it was busy and very hot day but food was lovely staff was friendly pet holding was lovely we fell in love with the baby white rabbit will come back again

Great place to take the kids for a few hours of fun..👍 there is a playground, sheltered sandpit, ride-on toy trucks and tractors, a barn with farm animals to feed and stroke (with washing facilities after). There is also a super cafe where I had jacket potato with prawns and my wife had jacket potato with beans both well presented with side salad and coleslaw 😋 ..highly recommended for kids of all ages.!!

Took our 2 grandchildren aged 5 and 8. ( boy and girl) Absolutely loved everything particularly the animal feeding and cuddle/ stroke a pet time. Fabulous ice creams, yum food at lunch time. Had to drag them away. We were there from 10am until 3.30!

This farm has the perfect balance between animals and okay equipment for young children. Price point was perfect, I'd even say it was cheap for what was on offer. Opportunity for young children to hold rabbits and guinea pigs, bouncy castles and ceramic painting (for small extra fee) Perfect, will be back as often as I can!

It was quite busy on arrival. But once through the entry point there was lots of choice. A large play area. Small animals and bookable slots to handle and pett them. Lots of picnic tables. A well stocked cafe. A zip wire, space and footballs for those wanting to play. Further from the entry complex there where larger animals, alpaca, sheep ponies all friendly and loved any food.

A fantastic little place for the little ones to charge about at. Theres a petting farm section, educational elements as well as an undercover sandpit and sit on driving toys. Theres also a decent amount of swings and outside climbing equipment. The favourite by far, was the inflatable assault course which kept them busy for ages. Food was lovely. Staff really helpful! Great day out. We booked our tickets in advance and spent a good 3.5 hours there. Plenty of tables outside as well for picnics should you bring your own snacks and things. Well worth a visit

We have visited Beetlebank farm a few times & chose this as the venue for my daughters 3rd birthday. We had such a wonderful time. The staff are friendly & welcoming, the food is great & there is so much to do. It’s a hidden gem. We absolutely love it here.

Amazing day out for our granddaughters 3rd birthday. She enjoyed the animals, the play equipment, the petting area and we all had a wonderful lunch....... and cakes!!! She didn't want to leave!!! The staff couldn't do enough for you and were all pleasant and helpful. This was our second time in two weeks..... We decided to buy an annual family pass. We'll definitely look into having here next birthday at Beetle Bank Farm... no shopping, preparation, clearing away with parties at home, all done for you, with entrance and food at a very good price and all the children will love the activities. Visited today had a really good time my 2 young girls really enjoyed it. Feeding, holding the animals was a great experience, they loved it. The play area is excellent and the grounds are lovely big open field to walk around, possible future picnic spot. Brand new clean toilets spacious car park and over flow, didn't try the food but cafe looked clean and customers looked well catered for. Overall great child friendly place, welcoming friendly staff and fab space for kids to be kids.

Really enjoyable way to spend a morning. There's plenty of animals inside and out - cows, sheep, goats, alpacas, chickens, ducks, rabbits, and more. The playground is small, but my daughter enjoyed it. The café was a nice way to end out visit and, although we didn't have any hot food, it looked really nice. Good cakes!

Decent children's farm for the family. A good day out for the family. We bought a food pellets bag for our son to feed the animals. The cafe tea room was exceptional with decent and affordable food.

Lots for the kids to do, animals really friendly and food well priced. The staff were really friendly and great with the kids, making sure they held all the animals they wanted, such as rabbits, chickens and a tortoise. I was pleasantly surprised by how much there was and what was included, for what little you pay on the door. We will definitely be going again (photos from second trip) and will be returning in the near future.

A lovely cosy farm for everyone to enjoy. If you are a lover of barnyard animals with a few little twist then this is excellent. From being able to feed, pet and get real cosy to the animals there. Highlight definitely has to be tickling the piggies tummy and snuggling up with the lambs

Great day out, the weather was perfect to sit on benches set apart on the grass overlooking the play area. Animals in huts and aviaries situated in viewing distance of the park so kids could be monitored. Staff very friendly and went above and beyond despite it being busy and, due to a rainy forecast being understaffed as it turned out lovely. Great experience.

I don't want to appear biased, as I know a member of the family that runs this attraction. However, as a fledgling, growing business it's been very interesting to see how much the farm has grown over the last 18 months or so. We visited for the first time this week and have been left very impressed.

What a fabulous day ! Never a dull moment there is plenty to occupy children of all ages. It was lovely to see all the animals. The children particularly enjoyed feeding the goats and ponies, but the highlight for them was cuddling the rabbits. The cafe wasn't bad either. Can't wait to buy an annual family pass. Everything was pretty much open. We managed to arrive in time for the lamb feeding, which my daughters enjoyed. We fed the sheep and the goats, again my daughters enjoyed this. They also enjoyed playing on the play equipment. Not sure about deep frying fish fingers though...

Visited on a wet quiet day, outdoor play area was cordoned off due to waterlogged area, fully understood. Visited animals in the barn, kids loved feeding the goats and seeing the baby Llama. Staff friendly and with it being quiet, kids had extra time holding and petting rabbits, guinea pigs and chicken. Will visit again when warm and dry to enjoy the outdoor area and cafe.

Brilliant Place my 3 year old grandaughter absolutely loved in here. The staff were so friendly too. A good variety of animals Goats, Sheep, Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, Pigs, alpacas and poultry. Children can hold a rabbit or guinea pig too. There are various pedal toys, tractors diggers etc. Great sand pit with lots of sand toys. A shed with dolls, play cooker etc. Very good play area suitable for all ages including a zip wire. Theres a lovely walk around the field to see the animals. The was two bouncy castles which all ages can enjoy. Will definitely be visiting again.

Stopped off here again on our way to the coast with my three year old daughter. Really lovely staff, great value, animals to see and stroke, plus good quality children's play areas, sandpit, ride on toys and a bouncy castle and obstacle course. Love that you can eat your own food or buy from their reasonably priced cafe. Plenty of places to wash hands. Watch out for wasps when eating!

This is a fantastic place for kids and adults alike. A wide variety of "cuddlies" to stroke and feed as well as some larger animals to entice over for a stroke. The staff are fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and go out of their way to assist you and teach about the various animals. The cafe is well priced so even a family of 4 can eat out without breaking the bank. The food choice is vast with a fine selection of fresh food and some deeply delicious cakes. Oh and be sure to grab yourself a coffee, they're fantastic. Before you leave, make sure you give Gary and George, the 2 best goats in the barn, a snack or two 😁

We have visited this farm twice in 3 weeks, it is now our favourite place. Our daughter loves the animals, play area and the big space. It has lots of seating for families which is good and the ticket price is reasonable and affordable. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. It is very clean and well looked after. Great place for younger kids. Loads of space to run and play lots of different play equipment, sand pit bouncy castle and slide swings large Wendy house lots of ride on toys Inc tractors plus other things. Petting animals in pens plus can hold smaller ones at times stated. My Grandson loved it and we had a decent lunch there too. Not over priced as some places are. Well worth a visit.

Love this place. So much to do as a family there's a great Park area. An undercover area with trikes etc there for kids to play on. There's a petting area to cuddle certain animals and you can also feed the animals within the pens and out in the fields at only 50p a bag of food. I have taken people with disabilities and they are amazing and accommodate their needs. The staff are so friendly and the Cafe is reasonably priced. X

Just got back from my Grandaughters Birthday party at Beetlebank Farm. What an amazing day, the children played on the outdoor equipment, then had a petting session with the smaller animals, baby rabbits, guinea pigs and ducklings. All followed by a Birthday meal, I say meal, because I was expecting sandwiches and maybe a bit of pork pie, instead all the children were seated on a long table and then served with chicken strips, chips, pizza and then sandwiches, followed by jelly and ice cream with large jugs of juice. All the children (and at least one of the adults 😉😁) enjoyed the feast. I would highly recommend Farmer Angela and her team to anyone interested in holding a Birthday party here. Fantastic value for money and a great selection of food. A really lovely day was had by all. PS, thank you for my portion of jelly and ice cream 😉

Lovely place, very friendly staff, you get to hold the small animals in the barn and feed the bigger ones. Really nice outdoor park and bouncy obstacle course. The cafe is lovely and the brownies are yummy (freshly baked on site). Would highly recommend for young family's.

The only place my daughter mentioned during 3 months of lockdown 'i like going to the park Mummy but be nice if could go Beetle Bank Mummy' she loves feeding the animals. So of course we had to meet my parents there for her Fourth birthday this week. It was the 1 yr olds first look at most animals too, she particularly liked the baby chicks and guinea pigs. It wasn't busy so we didn't feel worried about Covid and the staff are always lovely. Booking online was super easy too x

The children loved feeding the animals and holding the rabbits and guinia pigs. They also loved the play areas and ride along toys. An excellent place for smaller children. A lovely day out for your family. The petting area is great and the animals are treated really well. Lots of play areas and activities for the kids (our little toddler got obsessed with the sandpit so didn't really engage with the animals... next time). Would suggest a loyalty card or season pass would be a good idea. Only downside was that the food pricing was a bit premium.

VERY friendly staff. My little girls were amazed seeing newly born Swift's & Housemartin's. Right place at the right time I guess. Other than that, felt very safe. Got a good brief on the Covid procedures in place upon arrival. Loads of space around the play area so the little ones can burn some energy. There's also a Stick Man trail that we weren't aware of prior but was a welcome surprise to the girls as they love the Stick Man. Good variety of birds. Chickens and the Peacock occasionally take wing and decide to have a stroll around (probably waiting for dropped ice cream) Option to feed the goats, sheep, alpacas, boar. Unfortunately the cows were closed off. Feed is 50p a bag so can't go wrong. TL;DR Really good to burn a few hours, friendly staff, spacious play area and good variety of animals. Would go again 👍🏻

Fantastic for toddlers. Mainly under cover but outside playground is glorious on a sunny day too. Children can get really close to the animals with thoughtful child height windows and bales to stand on to peer into the pens.

Awesome day at this cute little farm! We held guinea pigs, rabits, baby goats, and more! Very interactive and a beautiful place to visit. Just a short drive outside the city. There's plenty of picnic tables outside if you want to pack a lunch or they have a little cafe on site.

Cracking little farm with play area and. Coffee shop for the parents. The farm is flat with good line of site for keeping an eye on the kids. There are a number of different animals from goats and pony's to feed and rabbits and chicken to pet. The staff are really friendly and there is a really nice atmosphere at the farm.

excellent day out.farm clean animals well kept.added bonus of petting area where you can handle rabbits guinea pig and pigmy hedgehogs. The cafe on site offers hot and cold items and lovely cakes. large play area on field adjoining cafe and barn where there is a large sandpit two climbing frames with slides and fireman's pole one for smaller children and a large bouncing assault course but this isn't really suitable for smaller children although parents can accompany children for the more adventurous little ones. ride on toys doll prams and pushchairs are provided undercover should it rain .There are plenty of picnic tables dotted around so you can take your own picnic if desired. entrance fee is £6 or £22 for a family of four and 50p to purchase a bag of food to feed the animals. I would recommend a trip to this farm it's reasonably priced and there are plenty or washing areas to use make sure your hands are hygienic after touching the animals

It's quite a small place but that did mean we could sit at one of the benches at the cafe and watch the children where ever they were playing. There's a petting corner that the children loved because they could hold a rabbit, Guinea pig, tortoise or baby chick. There was an inflatable obstacle course which they spent most of the time on.

Friendly family run open farm. Activities include: feeding animals, "touch and tell" ride on vehicles, climbing frames for toddlers and older children, sandpit and bouncy castles. Decent cafe. Mostly outdoor, but some animals, vehicles and sandpit are covered.

A fun day out with our toddler. There is a petting area/barn with lots of cute little animals to pet and toys for children. Additionally, there is a playground which has baby swings. As long as you don’t mind a short walk, you can take a journey to see some of the larger animals such as a goat and pigs. For those who love bouncy castles, two are available for use. I would have preferred if someone was monitoring them or if they could have been separated by age. As the older children were quite rough with my little one. Finally, it’s quite difficult to use a pushchair on site, if your child is quite young or tired taking them to see the larger animals can be a bit difficult.

I visited this morning with a friend we both had our granddaughters, my grandaighters 2and a half and she absolutely loved it all of it,she loved feeding the animals with food we purchased when we arrived,she loved the letting zoo and all the toys,and I think what was really good is all the open space she could run around really safely, the play area was closed due to all the rain and when we arrived I thought this would be a problem but absolutely not,there's so much of interest for the little ones and such a lot to occupy them and great that they get to touch and enjoy the animals close up ,my only tiny criticism is that all the stones are really difficult when you have a pushchair which my friend did as her granddaughters only one, it's not really a criticism just a thought . We will definately visit again soon.brilliant!!
