M. F.I would like the Manager of TSB on Parliament Street, York to know what amazing service I had this morning from the assistant called Liam. I have been trying to get back into my account for days & did not have any luck with calls on line. Liam was so patient & kind, he realised I was not putting the new info in fast enough, With only having 5 minutes to change everything so he kindly put in the things he was allowed to so I could just add the private part.
