Very happy with my haircut, all the ladies working there on day of my visit were very busy but still got my waiting time not longer than 30 mins. Reasonable price list also. The only thing I would suggest is the open doors when it's cold outside. I went there well after 4pm and on some stage one of the girl opened the entrance doors which created a bit of a draft. So we had our hair washed and dried/styled sitting in a cool room. Other than that I would recomend this place.

First time in the Ballyhackamore Branch. As soon as I went into the salon, I was warmly welcomed. After briefly sharing what I had in mind, I was asked to take a seat. Despite there being other customers in the salon, within a short time a member of staff spoke with me about my request, discussed what I had shared with a colleague and returned to let me know who would be styling my hair. After a more detailed consultation with the stylist, I felt very at ease with what advice I’d been given. The stylist was very gentle and efficient. All staff showed professionalism and there was a pleasant atmosphere in the salon. My hair looks VERY different now as to what it was like before I entered the salon (it was a dark brown, with some greys and dry looking). I am VERY pleased with the outcome! Will certainly return to this branch and ask for the same stylist. Thank you!

My appointment was for 10:30 and I didn't get seen until 11:20. Stations not sanitised between each client and incorrect wearing of face coverings. Despite this I love my haircut. It's just what I asked for.

Took my daughter there yesterday with horrible hair matting, all staff were lovely and Conor who fixed her hair was unbelievably patient and kind, would definitely take her back and now also would go myself . Ciara's hair looks so much better than I thought it would when we went in , Again thanks so much x

I went here to get a disaster hair cut fixed the male hairdresser did a fantastic job,making me feel at ease and doing what I wanted and as a result my hair is much more easy to manage and colour is fab! would recommend to anyone. go blowdry bar at ballyhackamore ☺

Great prices. Friendly staff. Great quality of work. Always happy with my hair in here. As long as you don't mind joining the queue to wait your turn this is the place to go. Great value for money.

Have excellent covid measures in place with screens between customers and no one allowed in without a mask witnessed it being very rigidly enforced which is how it should be..they have kept their prices as before which is fantastic value as the hairdressers are very excellent in my experience..appointment system now a bonus

Waited for an hour and 45mins for a cut and blow dry with only two people in front, fast forward and hour and 45mins and the first person in front had only just sat down a chair. Very slow and had to leave.
