The staff here are so kind and attentive and make you feel like a superstar. Can’t remember the name of the second lady who cut my hair sorry but her and Shannon were a delight!!! Super service. Very clean. Trendy. Staff seem to really enjoy their job which makes going there even nicer. Thanks guys!!!

Had highlights, wash&blow-dry with Georgina. She cleaned everything thoroughly, talked through what I wanted/what she would do, gave advice and was very professional, lovely girl. I normally see Marta who was unavailable, my mum recommended Georgina and I understand why. Service was great, blow-dry was super still had plenty of volume the next day(unusual for me), price as you'd expect, very happy customer. Thks Georgina, you're a credit to hair traffic.

Walk in only for the School but you can book in for the pro treatment. I have always gone to the school for hair cuts and hair dye and am always treated well and impressed with their service. The girls and guys there are all friendly, and in my 10+ years of going there I have not once had a bad experience. Anytime I have asked for haircare advice and style tips etc I find the various staff members to be very honest and informative, not trying to upsell any specific products of theirs. I don't think you would be disappointed if you tried this place out for the first time.

I have been getting my hair cut and styled with the Hair Academy for years. The staff while still learning are so very attentive and I have always left happy. Also attended the Beauty School to have acrylic nail extentions done and the girl was so great. She knew it was my first time getting them so made them a more manageable length and shape for me.

Been going here since November and every time I have been looked after by Kerry. This young lady is amazing at what she does, I was very dark now, I'm blonde, I'm so pleased with my hair but it's even more than that... Kerry must see hundreds of people of the months, but she always remembers me, she picks up about past conversations, remembers me talking about family and asks about them... might sound like a little thing but her way with customers is so precious. She is fantastic, love love love Kerry!
