N. O.Firstly, the staff were so lovely, professional and listened to my ideas. They would not lead you down a wrong path and know what would suit best. Secondly, Louise the owner is an angel, literally it's like an aura of contagious love and happiness in her presence. And, Thirdly of course the amazing hair dyes and style advice and of course an excellent hair cut for my son who was made to feel comfortable throughout.
