I recently booked in with Tina for a soft perm which l was nervous about having done after having a really bad experience a few years back with a bad perm. Tina was fantastic so friendly and reassuring. Talked me through the process of the perm which rollers she was going to use to get the best results. Needless to say l was thrilled with the result. Perm is exactly as a l wanted so natural and soft. Booked in again this morning to have my colour done. Again a great experience colour looks lovely just the shade l wanted. A massive thanks to Tina and her staff who are all a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Tina.

This salon represents what all salons should aspire to!! From the initial contact the professionalism and friendliness oozes and continues throughout the client experience. The salon itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff compliment it just the same. My hair was in need of an overhaul, naturally dark dyed blonde, I’ve visited salons for many years to try and achieve my desired outcome and only until I was in the professional hands of Tina and Grainne was this accomplished. I’m super delighted with the end result, it really was a dream come true and highly recommend Luminous Tones for those who appreciate top class service !! Absolutely love this place. Tina and the staff are so inviting, each one of the staff are professional and it's a real nice salon to go to. I have also been here for laser treatment with Gillian, I was so nervous and she made me feel at ease, excellent aftercare, roll on my next visit. Angela x

I took my mum for to have her hair done as a treat they treated her like a princess made her a cuppa which made her day for her .She loved the whole experience an the girls were all so friendly an helpful she went home tickled pink thank you to all the staff.
