E. S.There is nothing I could fault Peter Maud hairdressers on. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The shop is always immaculate. Expert colourist and advice always available. While getting your hair washed you get a head massage. You are offered tea/coffee/water/apple juice. I have had my hair cut and coloured here for 19 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
K. H.This was my first proper curly cut since embracing my curls 4 years ago and I couldn’t be more pleased. Laura was a delight and she made me feel so relaxed right from the start. I very much appreciated the consultation at the beginning and I knew from then on my hair was in the best hands.
I also loved the online booking system and the salon itself was great.
I would highly recommend all you wavies and curlies out there to book in with Laura, whether at the beginning of your curly journey or well in like me. Thank you for a lovely service!
J. B.Peter Maud in general is excellent. Love that masks are still mandatory (makes me feel much more at ease) and it always feels like a special experience in the salon - love the head massages when getting your hair washed!
Ashleigh in particular was wonderful. Very friendly and I trusted her from the outset to do a good job. She was very gentle with thinning and brushing, and took the time to style my hair with waves after my cut. Will be requesting Ashleigh again next time. Thank you!
N. B.Excellent, all the staff are friendly and nothing seems too much trouble for them. I was looked after from the minute I opened the front door, which has a hand sanitiser starting, which I appreciate. Then after initial meet/consult with my hairstylist (Laura), I was taken over to the sink area for my wash, given a complimentary hair mask and head massage which was wonderful, very relaxing as I lay on the chaise lounge rather than sitting in a chair. So I had no neck pain or that usual, awkward angle when getting hair washed or treatments done. Really is a lovely idea not having chairs for hair washing, much better angle. All the areas were spotless, cheerful staff and clients. The salon was busy which says a lot given our current economy but I'm not surprised as can't fault my appointment

A. D.Peter Maud's is the first hairdressers in Belfast, that I found, that knows how to deal with curly hair. I have been going there for nearly 20 years. I've since moved to North Belfast and still go back and bring my curly haired girls there.

Can’t wait to come back for the upkeep! Wonderfully friendly stylist and so determined to make me happy. She kept checking to see we were on the same page throughout and nailed the end result.
