Have been going here for the last year and I can say that I have never been disappointed with the quality of their service. The Barbers always finish within 25 minutes and for a reasonable price. They also offer student discount and you can book in advance on their site.

Craig was very cheerful and a pleasure to be around. He was quick in understanding what I wanted and quick to cut my hair. It was also reassuring to see him be firm in requesting that a customer wear a face mask, despite their protests. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

This is by far the best Barbers I've found after trying a lot!! Professional service, great spot and I was made to feel incredibly welcome and at ease. I had the barber named Johnny who actually listened to what I wanted and crafted exactly that instead of doing the same old cut. Having stayed with Johnny since that initial cut, his patience and ability has been consistently excellent as I often change styles and each time he's been able to advise and create. On the days Johnny must me off, I've had the other chap whose equally able. Quality Barber Shop that I cannot reccomend enough!

The place is great, but pay attention which member of the staff cuts your hair! Mathew did a great job so we decided to return! So my future husband made an appointment at the same place, but with Alice, assuming that all members of the staff have the same skills. Wrong! Alice doesn't know the first thing about hair cutting. What made it even worse was that we saw her just before our wedding. Thanks to Alice, we'll have this horrible haircut with us forever. :(

It was my first visit to Aceface today and it surely won't be my last. Upon arrival I was made to feel welcome by the friendly staff here, inside their cool looking workplace, decked in mod memorabilia and some great collectables of iconic musician's. Not only did Craig start ten minutes earlier than my appointment time, he worked his magic with speed and precision, all with a great attention to detail. Craig also took the time to listen to my requests of where I want to go with my hairstyle in the future and explained to me how I can achieve this. Overall, he has executed the best haircut I have ever had, a real head turner I found when walking around town afterwards, all for a great price. I highly recommend this barbers, they are masters in all styles of vintage hairstyles. Many thanks and no doubt I'll be back soon, Cheers :)

I have been studying in the UK for 7 years and this is my first ever time have a haircut in the UK, and Jonny did a great job in doing it for only in 35 minutes. Very efficient and good value for money. Friendly and easy going. Somewhere you want to have a quick haircut for good value for money :) Note: especially cutting asian hair

Seen these guys on my way to work everyday for a while and finally decided to give them a try. I was welcomed warmly having a chat with one of the barbers then finally after a few minutes of booking me in i was having my hair cut by Jonny. What a nice guy and really asked as much as he could to make sure i get the right haircut. The finish was great and for the first time ever i did not have to mess about with my hair when i got home making amendments. Best thing i liked about the place is that its all virtual queues so no waiting. Book on line and turn up at your appointment. This place want to make sure you come back and it definitely worked for me. I think i finally found my barbers.

Aceface has gone above and beyond my previous standards; really easy booking system, down to genuine down to earth staff, and most importantly the hair cuts and styles are to the best possible standard. Visited last Saturday without an appointment and it was really busy. Popped back after a few hours as I carried on doing what I needed to do around the bull ring and then returned. Razor fade done by the lad and I'm very happy with the end product. 10/10 would go there

I lived in Birmingham City centre for 15 years and always wanted a great traditional barber. 4 months before i move out of Birmingham city centre we get one. *always the way* Yes there are other salons and Jacks of London that give you an average over priced haircut and push the after sales on you, here is a relaxed well maintained and decorated premises. The cut you get is good, the people friendly in fact the service is so good even though i have now moved out of the city centre and have done for a couple of months now i still go back for every cut. Highly recommended and a value for money price. Well worth a visit. Alan Birmingham/Erdington.

Not many barbers know how to cut asian hair but I can vouch that this is the best barber in town, great value for money and great services. If you wanna stop whining about a bad hair cut and waiting for your hair to grow out, this is the place you should go.

Working away in Brum and badly needed a cut. I noticed Ace Face as it was directly opposite my hotel, so after checking out I thought I'd give them a call on the off chance they could fit me in before travelling home. Jonny answered and told me to head in and he'd see me straight away. Really nice bloke and sorted me out with a spot on cut. Exactly what you'd want from a barbers - relaxed, chatty staff that love what they do in a really cool environment, and more importantly, are good at what they do. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone, and next time I'm working in Brum, I'll defo be popping back in.
