I have been coming to Bella Vie for months, and its by far the best experience I have ever had in a salon. All of the staff are warm, friendly and very skilled. The versatility of the clients and staffs attention to detail is commendable, always offering a drink, and a full pampering experience. Heidi, the proprietor, has a wealth of experience and is the only hairdresser I would let dye my hair, she always knows how to frame my face and condition my hair so that it feels silky afterwards. Heidi always knows how to colour my hair to suit my complexion and also to keep it in an excellent condition. Dawn the nail technician is both professional and talented, and always has a new colours, or a plethora of designs to try. Her nail art is beautiful and I often have compliments, especially after previously going to different nail technicians which left my nails in a very bad way. The ladies will also accommodate early hair appointments for beautiful wedding up dos that lasted through dancing all night! A highly recommended salon with a truly personal service

Today was the first time I visited Bella Vie Hair Design, and I couldn't have had a better experience anywhere else. From the moment I requested an appointment by message at 10.55pm one evening thinking it would be picked up the next day, I was so surprised to get a reply within minutes from Heidi the owner if the salon. Needless to say 3 days later I had an appointment with Lizzie who was so welcoming and showed me where to sanitize prior to my treatment and then offered refreshments tea/coffee which came with a wrapped buiscuit, I was totally put at ease. Oh, and was I happy with my hair style? absolutely over the moon, throughout every step Lizzie asked and talked me throughout. I'm so happy with what I'd say is the best cut and style I've had in many years. If in doubt as to where to go for your next hair cut, try them, I can't praise them enough, thank you all so much Belle Vie Hair Design.
