J. H.Was recommended to try Black Market Barbers by my previous barber when I moved. You have to book, but it means that when you get there, they’re ready. So no sitting about (aside from when you’re in the chair). The music is great, the chatter is enjoyable and friendly and you get a fantastic hair cut. Even if you’re a bit vague. They know their stuff and I’ve been 3 times now and won’t be going anywhere else.

C. B.I'm a female with very short hair and I've had been going to BMB and seeing Tom for about 2 years before moving to London and not able to find a good barber down there. I've moved back to Bham now and had such a good haircut from the new barber Chelsea. I live about 10 miles away now but worth the journey for me as I get a perfect cut every time and don't need to worry, the staff are sound and a good enviornment, would highly recommend.

[.This has been my go to barbershop for the 9 months I've stayed in the UK. Never once have I left the shop unhappy with my haircut, Sam ist just a great guy who knows his craft. If you get the chance, book with him. Great guy, great talks, great cuts. More than worth for what they take!!

S. S.Took my son to have his hair cut here (2yrs old). A bit of a mixed review sadly. My sons haircut was absolutely spot on and he did a really lovely job. Sadly I didn't find the guy that cut it to be friendly in any way, telling me 3 times "we have strict rules on cutting children's hair", before we'd even sat him down, which immediately stressed me out. He continued to be overly serious which didn't help with a 2 year old in the seat. His interaction with my son was minimal. Such a shame as I won't be returning on that basis. Amazing for adult cuts I'm sure as the job he did was lovely.
