G. K.Absolutely brilliant customer service, cannot praise this salon enough, had my hair coloured and cut by the lovely Sarah Beth, she was lovely and put me at ease. I wasn’t happy with the colour so went back the next day, she really took care of me. Such lovely staff that work here and Jim is ever so welcoming too.
If you need any of their services I highly recommend them. So happy!!!

P. S.I really can't praise this place enough and highly recommend. Everybody is so friendly and extremely professional from the time you walk through the door until you leave. I was so impressed with my haircut the other day that I even took my elderly mother there and they really looked after her while I went shopping and is so impressed that she's already made her 2nd appointment with Sarah
E. S.I moved to Birmingham back in 2015 and began my search in finding a new hairdressers I could call my own.
Walking through town I spotted this place on the way to work one day and after visiting for the first time never visted another hairdresser again.
I've now been going here for going on 7 years and i would highly recommend it to anyone. The staff are always polite and professional, the services are top quality and it really feels welcoming.
L. P.All of the staff here are amazing. I have my 2 that I always prefer to ask for though but whenever they have not been there, the alternatives have been very good. Prices are reasonable considering where it is located. Salon is also clean. It's worth a visit :)
