On every visit my hairdresser Richard is polite, show cases great customer service and professionalism. He goes over and above his call of duty, and you can see that he really cares about his clients and wants to build rapport. I choose Richard because I can see that he’s really passionate about his job and wants to make his client happy. Also, he’s very good at his job. In addition to colouring and styling my hair he gives me exactly what I ask for, and lots of useful tips on managing hair, how to wash and blow dry, as well as guidance on products. I think the salon is very lucky to have Richard and I’m grateful to have the opportunity to share my views. General summary: This is a fantastic salon run by Dale and Alan. Both he and his staff are excellent at what they do. They are really big on creating a good customer experience and it really shows. Having the handsome Alan there is an added bonus.

Love it here so much! Sophie did my cut abs treatment today and she is just great and so friendly! In very good hands with Sophie and I cannot wait to go back and have a colour. Definitely use this company for cut and colour!

Can’t fault anything with my appointment today, the salon is lovely and I’m super happy with my cut and colour and everyone was really friendly. Also loved that Tarin was happy to recommend products but wasn’t pushy, even giving me the name of one you didn’t have in stock today. Will definitely be back

I get haircut from Pam and she always understands what I want and gives me the perfect haircut and I always go home smiling but today was a bit of a disappointment. A new girl called Faye washed my hair and it was the worst experience ever. It should feel nice and relaxing but the water was way too hot to begin with, she was just roughly rubbing my head instead of working in shampoo gently. I could tell she didn't care at all, especially because she was chatting to her workmate the whole time. Even after she finished washing my hair, I could feel / touch shampoo was still on my head so I asked her to wash it again throughly but she just roughly rubbed my head again for 3 seconds. I would give 5 stars to Pam but because of this experience, I have to give 3 stars.

Lovely experience for someone who is SUPER fussy about my hair! Pam took extra time to ensure I was happy and comfortable. Really good vibe throughout and more personalised feel with the stylist rather than a rush and conveyor belt style experience 👌

Dale and his team are really good at what they do. They make you feel comfortable and provide you with refreshments while your waiting. I have PTSD and one of my triggers is having my hair cut. Dales keeps me talking and that really helps me. My mobility is also bad and they always make sure I’m fine getting around which makes it a easier experience. I wouldn’t really go anywhere else as i feel so comfortable here. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Brilliant haircut, Richard clearly knows his way around a pair of scissors. Great vibe in the salon too, inquisitive little dog wondering around, bright vibrant surroundings. Everyone I interacted with was friendly. I left feeling lighter and more confident thanks to my new do. I’ll be back!

Just got home from a wonderful hair day with Tarin; I haven’t had a haircut in 5 years after a terrible experience with another hairdresser, but with some gentle encouragement I decided it was about time to go for a chop and colour; and I am overwhelmingly happy that I chose Hazel and Hayden; Tarin is an extremely talented stylist and he made me feel at ease from the moment I sat down! The salon has a lovely atmosphere and the other stylists were really friendly too. The pricing was really reasonable for such an amazing experience and time spent on me. I have just started visiting this salon as my stylist Richard has joined them. He s an amazing stylist and colourist. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get highlights done. He has done full head of highlights for me twice and all without bleaching. I am dark brunette.

Had my hair dyed today at Hazel & Haydn and honestly I couldn’t be more impressed. Richard done an amazing job as usual and transformed my hair from a copper colour to a gorgeous honey blonde, it looks amazing in every light. He has managed to match my hair perfectly with my skin tone, he truly workes magic. Sophie helped to wash my hair, blow dry and curl my hair and she did an amazing job too and was really friendly just like Dale and the other staff here (And alan of course aha) Couldn’t recommend this salon anymore, the best salon in Birmingham!

I had my hair done yesterday , nothing to complain about it . The Asian guy which I don't remember his name it's been really good and he has done his job properly . The environment it's very pleasant and there's a lovely dog that makes everything very relaxed and friendly. So yes , I'm giving four stars but the reason why I won't be a client anymore is this one : 30£ for a male haircut, with no shampoo and no finishing products , it's definitely excessive, In fact , the most expensive haircut I had I believe in my whole life . But I guess it's my fault as I should have check the prices list before entering the shop. It's definitely too much in my opinion. I won't go back again .

Such a lovley warm welcome and everyone is super friendly, stylist sian has done my hair a few times now and I wouldn't go anywhere else ,highly recommended her and the salon, easy transport links to get to the salon , and parking near by , and reasonable prices in salon , refreshments also available with such a lovley atmosphere because everyone is lovley and chatty .

Dale has been working his magic with my hair for quite a few years and now he has his own, fantastic salon. The decor is beautiful, he does amazing hair and now there are beauty rooms too. Would definitely recommend, you leaving feeling great!!!

Dale Hairdressing made a fabulous job of my hair.I received great advice about the condition of my hair and how to help prevent it from becoming dry and frizzy. Dale re coloured my hair taking into account the condition and texture and made it look beautifully silky and shiny. I would and have recommended Dale to several of my friends who now also use Dale Hairdressing on a regular basis. The staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would highly recommend Dale Hairdressin.

I've been going to see Dale for many years now (cut and colour) and he always knows exactly how to cut my hair to the style I want. Last week Dale suggested a cut with Anil, the new dedicated gentlemens hair specialist. Anil and I spoke for 10 minutes to discuss what I wanted and what he felt would suit my head shape / lifestyle. He was such a impeccable knowledge of the men's cut that I was completely at ease having him cut my hair (I usually feel uncomfortable with a new person getting their scissors on my hair). My new cut is awesome, I look younger, it's really manageable, healthy and easy to style! Anil really knows his stuff - and will work with you to give you a style that you want but with added expertise! Hazel and Hayden just keep getting better and better. Cheers guys!
