Kings Barbers are a great family run business and they strive to provide highest level of care and service. However DO NOT BOOK WITH BRYAR in this occasion he was RUDE AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AND BAD HAIRCUT.

Booked in with Bryar for a skin fade and beard trim. Was a little worried as they're cheaper than other barbers in Brum and I couldn't book my usual. Great service, and very impressed with the beard fade! Will be back 👍

I’ve been coming here for the past 3 months after trying other barbers and never getting the cut I want . I highly recommend Bryar and is top quality in terms of fades and beards and takes the time in perfecting what you want . I walk past 3 barbers and take a 20 min train journey just to get a cut from this guy …..that’s how good he is 👍🏻

I didn't know Kings had a Shop on New Street! As a Kings regular, I've used the one a Five Ways many times, so when I found out there was one on New Street I was delighted! Hidden away on the first floor of the Burlington Arcade, Opposite Size? and Above Starbucks it wasn't the easiest place to find - But now I've found it, Just Wow! It must be the biggest Barbershop I've ever seen, with a huge waiting area and even a cinema screen! I was informed they've just had a refit (How long have you been hidden there?) and it looks incredible! The it looks like a high end London salon - but £13.50 for a haircut in the city centre it's more than reasonable! I had my haircut by the manager Haj and he did a fantastic job! Really good attention to detail! This place puts All other barbershops to shame!

I have moved from London to Birmingham and have struggled to find a good barber. Since I met Bryar he has been made my hair perfect. He is always friendly and polite. Bryar always takes time to make sure he gives me the best haircut. He also does threading and gives a 10/10 skin fade. I would not use any other barber and if he’s not there I wait until he is. I go to Bryar every week and always excellent service !

Had my first haircut last night at new street after lockdown with Saeed. 10/10 all the time, he never dissapoints, takes his time, doesn’t rush and is always polite. What shocked me more yesterday is the owner of the company walked in and instead of being a stubborn CEO (like most are) he was just as polite & respectful. Asked how I’m finding the services etc. Full 10/10 for these boys man, absolute professionals across the company. I’ll continue to be a long life customer! Thank you again you legends!!!

I'm new to Birmingham and found this barber on the recommendation of a colleague. I was thoroughly impressed my hair cut was only £13.50 on new street! The guys are great and the late night openings really suits my commute! Great job guys keep it up!

Usually great, unfortunately not all barbers are up to par. The lady who cut my hair today was not very good; I asked for a skin fade and honest to God I've never experienced anything like it. I've had skin fades before and usually the barber will use a cut throat razor and I think nothing more of it.. Not this time. For some reason she decided to use an r electric razor on my head going against the grain and it was really painful, indeed, it's been a couple of hours since my haircut and my head is still stinging really badly. Also when I mentioned the line I wanted (which was pretty clear on the picture I showed her before she started) she had to ask another barber to do it for her, which is not a problem but I feel she has an aversion to straight razors All in all this experience hasn't put me off coming to this barber, which before today has always been excellent, however, I'll be more selective with my barber on my next visit. P. S. I usually have my hair cut my Haj and I find he is a most excellent and skilled barber.

Went in on sat, i had booked an appointment for 13:35 but went in early as i was around the area surprisingly i was welcomed to the store like the way everyone should, i had the royal treatment done. The haircut was on point couldnt fault it at all fade was done better then my old barbers the beard trim was done the way i wanted it i will defo be visiting again in 2 weeks.

Went here for a hot towel shave, and while it was ok, I felt it lacked some attention to detail, and was a bit rushed. When I was leant back in the chair, I was staring up at a very bright led ceiling light, and that’s not conducive to being very relaxing. I didn’t feel like my face was warm enough with the hot towel on, kept having to blow the shaving foam out my nose and mouth after it was applied -and the blade scraped across my face a bit. Others I have had at different barbers, I haven’t felt a thing. Staff seemed pleasant! But in the grand scheme of things, it’s a very first world problem. :)
