The best haircut experience I've had in Birmingham. A few months prior to my haircut at Oliver James, I had my hair cut for the first time in Birmingham in 6 years at a different salon and it was a terrible experience. I was really worried that trying somewhere new would end in the same result but Oliver James salon really turned things round for me. I had my haircut by hairdresser Richard who gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I was persuaded to cut my hair slightly shorter than I initially wanted but I'm so so so happy I did. Richard and another staff member were so welcoming and easy to talk to. Totally understood what I wanted and gave me advice on styling and colouring (when I was going to take the plunge). I will definitely be booking in very soon. Check my profile picture for the fresh cut!

Great salon and I won’t trust anyone else than Rich to do my hair. You know you’ve a great hairdresser when you fly them out to Barcelona to do your hair whilst living there for work. Highly recommend.
