T. I.My nephew came in for a skin fade. Barber messed up the fade. When my nephew returned to complain he told him his head is bumpy. No apology nor attempt to sort this issue out. Should not be treating children this way.
Went in the following day with my nephew and they rectified the issue.

s.Staff are friendly and has a family feel to it. Haircuts are always given plenty of time and never rushed. Best in Birmingham.
