Had a excellent experience here, Sian cut my hair and she cut and blow dried my hair exactly as I wanted it done. Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, I was quickly seen, using the online queue system. The salon was very clean and masks were worn during the whole of my appointment. I will definitely be returning there in around 6 weeks when my hair will need a trim. I definitely recommend this salon.

Hair cut from salon in time for job interview I wasn't bothered as long as I got there looking nice. My hair wasn't a very long length it was just above from bra strap. I wanted shorter bit with layers and wash. I almost felt like it was trim to me. Thought the price was expensive given what I had done. Cut and blow dry it was. Was a good service just think it was much for not having longer hair.

Been using Bullring supercuts since lockdown. Usually have Mubina or Micheala do mine and my daughters hair. Both are very professional and listen to your requests. Mubina also did an ombre on my daughters hair, which she was pleased with. Although it can get busy, I haven't had any problems getting a service, and sometimes I've gone quite late in the afternoon. Its always clean which is a plus.

I came to SuperCut after eight years, it was nice to see that they’ve changed their system where you can now book however The booking system isn’t as accurate as the communication. I was told that my stylist was ready however I had to then wait a further 20 minutes to be seated. When I approached the counter I did on two separate occasions face some rudeness from two different stylist about my weight time. I’m quite rudely was told to take a seat

I came into supercuts today for my daughters haircut. I always enjoy the atmosphere in the salon. Ihad an amazing hairdresser mubina.She was very nice and kind. However what i witnessed today was so unprofessional behaviour. An american staff memeber was being very rude and disrespectful to Mubina.Mubina was doing 2 jobs at once booking an appointment and doing my daughters hair and the american staff was trying to take over the till from her while mubina was serving another client. .The american staff was being very aggressive and abrupt to her.This is not how it should be in a workplace.

Went for a big chop (lower back length hair to a Bob) which I decided to book on a Saturday morning for the same afternoon, managed to get an appointment and had a lovely wash, cut and blow dry for a good price, thoroughly enjoyed my experience and felt very well looked after since the hairdresser ensured I was certain on cutting my hair so I wouldn’t regret it after, asked me each step of the way if I wanted a specific shampoo for my hair and when dealing with my hair she was so gentle. I was amazed since I’ve had previous experiences of some hairdressers brushing the knots out so harshly but she was super gentle and the experience was relaxing. Only problem, if any, is I wish I went during a quieter period but considering it’s a Saturday afternoon you can’t expect any less but also not surprised at the demand because of the excellent service provided at a very good price. Also offer student discount which is fab (wish I knew at the time but I know for next time) very happy with how my hair turned out, and I will definitely be going again when I need a trim.

However i was so disappointed - i booked here purely because of how cheap it was and was told it would be £45 not £32 because the website is incorrect’ Might be worth honouring website prices or changing them online. She listened to what I wanted and used some lovely smelling products on my hair. It looked great when finished and was just what I asked for. The salon is busy and productive. My second time ever visiting a salon and I can certainly say that this was a very friendly and welcoming place, especially for someone who is nervous about being in a strange environment. I was able to have a good consultation and Ana listened and gave good suggestions for what would work for my hair. She coloured my hair perfectly and the results are amazing, so happy!! The pricing is also not too cheap nor too expensive which is great if you're a student like myself who wants great results with a price that reflects that without breaking your student allowance! The haircut was fine. However I had booked a particular hairdresser as I liked her last time. Was given a different hairdresser despite the fact the one I wanted was there. The new hairdresser was very pushy and wanted to sell me shampoo, going as far as to leave it in front of me whilst she cut my hair. I was not impressed and will not be returning.

I went to Supercuts after having a really bad experience and usually if my haircut doesn't go the way I want it, it's not a big deal to me, but this was really bad! I have curly hair and they basically ruined the look of my hair all together. ANYWAY!!! Supercuts to the rescue! My first haircut here was amazing!! I confided in the hairdresser and she took extra care of my hair and made sure I was happy. I went back again this week and again the hairdresser took excellent care of my hair!! I am so happy now! And refuse to go to cheaper, hole in the wall hair salons! Saving a little money for a bad haircut is not worth it!

I'm half and half on Supercuts. I went to the Birmingham Bullring link salon and had my hair cut by Ana. I'm perfectly happy with my cut, Ana did a great job. It's the pricing system - or lack thereof that I have an issue with. I booked a wash, cut & blow-dry online realising it said "from £23.95", however when I got to my appointment I was told it was going to be another £20 (!!) on top of that. I could've gone to a "proper" salon for that kind of money. The prices need to be made clear from the start of booking.

I booked my hair appointment online and arrived at the salon 5 minutes before. I was approached by a very polite man who kept me informed throughout regarding time etc. They were very accommodating as I don't use shampoo on my hair and made me very at ease as I was a little anxious about asking. Then I had my haircut by Mubina, who I have had before and is a fantastic hairdresser! She is friendly, chatty and listens to what you want. She only cuts what you ask for and I have only ever had brilliant haircuts from her. Obviously reopening after lockdown must of been very stressful for them all as they were very busy. Location is very confusing but calling the salon solved the problem. I got my haircut done by Liann. I asked to keep my length which she did while giving me the layers I wanted. The price is also good compared to other salons that charge £60/70 for just a trim. I would recommend this hair salon.

I recently got my supercuts haircut in city centre, bullring and a lovely lady called michaela I believe did my hair. She understood that my hair was uneven, not blended and wasn't cut right (had a quarantine home haircut 😅) but she gave me a nice haircut. Different but I still like it. The salon have adapted very well to the new social distancing guidelines offering booked appointments only and providing face masks and sanitiser for all clients. Not so keen on the clear plastic gowns we now have to wear but I did attend when the weather was 31°. As I said great service as always, would definitely recommend!

Due to current covid rules, they are operating under appointment only rules, however after dropping by one Saturday afternoon i managed to get an appointment for the next day which was great. Finally got the chop for the first time in over a year. Service was great and friendly as always, perspex shielding, masks, new disposable capes etc to comply with covid rules.

What can I say. Walked in with the thickest shoulder length hair ever which I was absolutely sick of. After a brilliant consultation with Derrick we decided to be adventurous and go with an asymmetrical Bob. Derrick not only really knew how to handle my ridiculously thick mop of hair, he made me feel totally at ease and confident with my hair choice, treating my hair like a work of art he was creating. As a bonus he had me in fits of giggles throughout. Great salon experience and I love my hair.

However the woman who cut my hair did an amazing job.
