Let me start by saying this is a genuine review, I went for a 60 minute massage yesterday and cannot truly express what an excellent choice it was. I have had lower back ache and general tightness and stiffness in my shoulders and legs for a long time now. The massage lady called me before to confirm my arrival, she was then waiting for me on arrival with a pleasant manner and great professionalism. The massage room itself was spotless and a lovely warm temperature with everything being as it should be. She started the traditional Thai Massage and did such an excellent job that the initial booking of 60 minutes I changed to 90 minutes. Within that time period she worked on all aspects of back, legs, arms, hands etc and I was extremely impressed to the point that I can't wait for my next massage with her. The tightness in lower back is much better, along with my shoulders, legs and arms. Would definitely recommend to experience it, if a genuine paying customer is eager to go back it speaks volumes for itself. Many Thanks I look forward to my next massage.

I booked an appointment at Synergy after been unhappy with a number of the local salons not knowing how to treat curly hair. I use to dread appointments but not here, as soon as I walked in I felt comfortable and welcome. David, Lesley and the whole team are amazing. David's cuts are perfection and I am loving my fabulous new flame red hair colour. I couldn't recommend this salon highly enough.

Have been going here for a number of years. The colourist and stylist Sylvia is absolutely brilliant at what she does. The salon offers a range of beauty services in a very friendly, covid safe environment.

I found Synergy by accident as I initially went to have my nails done, once there I met Dave and instantly felt at ease and comfortable. We had a chat and I soon found myself booking in to have my hair done. As someone who is anxious about having my hair done, I am completely relaxed and fully trust in Dave’s experience and find him really helpful in recommending styles and colours which suit my hair. I’ve been going to him ever since! Since finding Synergy I will not go anywhere else, it’s a beautiful salon with a comfortable, friendly atmosphere and instantly you are put at ease. I highly recommend that you go and see Dave at Synergy and let him work his magic on your hair. I always leave feeling beautiful with fresh and gorgeous hair.

5 stars sells this salon short! The staff are amiable, professional and full of knowledge. No request is too much trouble and you feel comfortable and well looked after the moment you walk through the door. From a male point of view, the stylist Dave seems to know what I want more than I do. This just shows how versatile and talented this young man really is.

Amazing experience at synergy. Staff are lovely and easy to get along with. Hair always looks flawless & I feel wonderful when I leave the salon. Their newest employee Noi, the nail technician has recently done acrylic extensions on me & I'm in love with them! Highly recommend them !!!

The best hair stylist in Birmingham. If you want an amazing cut and a great time visit Synergy. A hidden gem in Hall Green - it's worth traveling to even if you live far away, I promise you won't be disappointed. It's so hard to find a truly great hairdresser, I knew after my first cut I'd found the very best at last - highly recommended.

Thank god for Synergy Hair and beauty . David and his team make time to listen to your ideas and then go ahead delivering a first class level of service focused on your desired style The treatments and finishes are city salon quality without the city salon prices . I particularly like the ease of booking online through the website and the customer service provided is second to none . I was greeted with fresh brewed coffee and invited to sit in the stylish reception adorned by chandeliers and a chaise long. The consultation was unhurried as was the service I had, for the first time in a long time I actually felt confident in the hands of a professional team . The salon is stylish and inviting clean and well organised the aftercare advice was very helpful and there was no hard product sales But plenty on offer to choose from . This salon is god send and highly recommend I'm glad I trusted the recommendations and booked an appointment. David was recommend by several regulars who have been visiting him for over fifteen years, they are not easily pleased and just like me want to feel your getting a first class level of service , they travel from different parts of the city Us Locals in Shirley, Solihull and south Birmingham are lucky to have this on our doorstep. An added bonus is the ample free parking and I love being able to pop in to the local shops including waitrose and the award winning Indian resultant ( part of the Lassan group )directly opposite after my new haircut has been done . What's not to love !
