Had a great pamper in tandis on Tuesday. Nails and lashes done. The staff couldnt be more lovely and welcoming. Lovely clean salon. This is the only salon i use. Felt amazing when i left after a lovely cuppa tea they done for me before i paid. Thank you see you soon xx

I have been using Tandis for many years and cannot fault them. Always feel very welcome and comfortable by all the staff. Nancy is a lovely warm, friendly lady who always knows what's best for my hair. Over the years I have had all different colours and styles and have never been disappointed. Nancy is the only hairdresser my 5 year old granddaughter will let cut her hair! Majid used to cut my hair until the ladies salon opened across the road and it was always a fun relaxed atmosphere with him around. He is an excellent stylist, manager and most of all a very kind man.

Excellent service for our sons first hair cut. It was a big job as he had never had his hair done before and he is nearly 4! The guy that cut his hair was absolutely fab . He was kind to our son and clearly very good with kids. We have had so many compliments about his hair. We will definitely be going back :)

Absolutely amazing. I had an extremely bad hair cut by another hairdressing salon, my hair was 4 different lengths. After checking reviews at Tandis, I called and the immediately told me to come and they will try and fix what's been done. They fixed my horrific hair and cut it amazingly well. I will only be going to Tandis from now on! Would highly recommend. Friendly, supportive and reasonably priced as well. Well done ladies 😁

I had the best experience at Tandis! My stylist, Nancy, was amazing. I told her how much the length of my hair was bothering me and she knew exactly what I wanted. She made it look beautiful and gave it such a gorgeous shape. I have coloured hair that has taken a lot of damage, so she also gave me brilliant advice on how to take care of my hair whilst still keeping it coloured. Will defo be returning next time I'm in Birmingham!

Tandis is a really nice hair salon, Nancy is my hair stylist and she's very professional. * She gives sound advice for my skin colour, face shape and styling appropriate for my age. My hair always looks wonderful after a few hours here and I feel great. * The beautician - Masha does a great job on my eyebrows leaving me with perfect eyebrows. * Overall, I feel very comfortable from the moment I arrive at Tandis, until I leave. I had a luxury pedicure with Mahsa and the experience was everything you want from a luxury pedicure! Good foot soak and scrub and hard skin removal. The staff were attentive and friendly and I really enjoyed the treatment. I ended up paying extra to add nail paint and upgraded to shellac which finished it off nicely. Good value and great service- would recommend!

I had my hair cut and styled by Nancy today. I was the first time I had used this hairdresser as before COVID I worked in the city centre and got my haircut at wither Toni and Guy or Bad Apple. Tandis is better value for money, more friendly and a better cut than the city centre salons I had been using. I will definitely be getting my haircuts with Nancy in the future!

I have been getting my haircut from Tandis from the past 5 years, excellent customer service, time taken when hair is cut. You won’t leave until your fully satisfied. Your hair is cut how you want it cut or the barber will recommend you a cut and style which suits your look.

Was Monday, bank holiday. Making an online search l just realised that anything else except Tandis was close. I felt lucky. I've called an set up a meeting for nails extensions with Negar. She did work really professional. She was good and I was happy with her service. Later on I decided to have an conditioner treatment with Adam - who was really, talkative and give a lot of advices. And later on Majid did a nice hair brush and styling to my hair. All staff are so very friendly and nice. I was happy with the service, little things to be improved

It really is a shame that customer service here is poor. I have always been more than hapoy with my haicuts here, however after today's visit I will certainly think twice before going again. I joke that the relaxed atmosphere means it takes longer than usual for a haircut, but today really was a Micky take. Appointment booked for 10am which was confirmed via text by the salon. It was exactly 10:47 by the time I got in the chair. Chap cutting hair took a phone call and disappeared half way through the cut. C'mon guys it's not hard and you're only damaging your reputation as the cuts are good but the service let's you down considerably!

Good hairdressers hair stylist was bang on she was polite how ever I felt she was rushed off her feet slightly maybe an extra someone to help her out with wash hairs get foils ready and sweep the hair off the floor would make it easy for her ..... I also think the mlik could be fresh next time as I had a cup of tea I told one of the male workers milk was offer .... but didn't get another drink offered with fresh milk .(kingheath salon)
