S. S. M.Piers is my go to every time I visit Gentleman's and has been cutting my hair and beard now for nearly ten years. Gentleman's itself is a nice enough barbers but the service from Piers is what makes me go back time and time again. He is always willing to go the extra mile, never rushing the process and will even go above and beyond to stay longer than he needs to in order to give a top class cut. Friendly, easy to talk to and always willing to listen to my ideas be it a restyle or my usual, Piers makes the whole experience in the barbers chair personal and professional. He has the knowledge required when it comes to different hair types and what will work best for a manageable hair style and a real passion for the trade which is reflected in his work. All in all, top barbering skills and banter from a hard working guy!
D. D.Nice friendly staff . Pre booked appointment so straight in chair. My hair was longish and asked the barber to cut it short . The barber Callum spent nearly one hour on it and gave me an excellent cut . Nice place inside good location in Brindley place . It was a little expensive £30 ( I usually pay £12 plus tip ) with a tip . However the barber gave me a complete restyle , so I think worth it . I will be going back for a trim up in a months time .

Nothing less than perfection from Connor as I’ve been a customer for over a year now, highly recommend.
All staff are friendly, great banter and a relaxed atmosphere with a variety of free beverages for all customers.

A. S.You may have to wait but it's worth it. The only way I can describe it is like getting pampered. They are pricey but they all spend time with you and do a great job. All the staff I have met are really friendly and good at what they do. You get to know them and they get to know you too.
They also do cutthroat razor shaves for that clean finish to a beard

C. H.True gents. My friend and I (we are women) visited this barbers earlier today. The shop doesn't cut ladies hair however my friend has alopecia (only recently lost all of her hair due to a stressful situation) and has lost all of her hair with the exception of a few patches which still grow slightly. She wanted the longer patches to be shaved off to improve the appearance. This was a very difficult experience for my friend to have to go through. She did not feel comfortable visiting a female salon and seeing all ladies having their hair cut she thought this would make her emotional to see it. We visited this barbers and the owner of the shop made us feel like this was no trouble, he was fantastic from the minute we walked in. The barber who gave her the cut (joe) was very kind and chatty and made what experience a very relaxed one for my friend. Gentlemen by name and gentlemen by nature.
I also picked up a great selection of Antony skin products for my brother whilst I waited for my friend.
J. K.I used to go to my local barber but was reccomended to go see Piers maximillien Denny at Gentlemen Barbers. Piers is a true professional and takes time, effort and pays attention to detail when cutting hair. The precision to detail gives you a true experience which sets him aside from other barbers in the industry. H. L.After my experience here I have endeavoured to locate similar barbers in my local area. The decor has a "hipster" appearance and all the staff are wearing smart-casual, very professional clothing. The chap I had was talkative but without chit-chat and felt very honest. You can have a beer, spirits, or a cup of tea/coffee during the cut. Very comfortable experience.

K. D.Serious queuing problem here. Multiple occasion have I saw some guy jumping the queue. Sometime I saw the management allow people to jump queue even tho the barber does not allow reservation. We all pay the same so please be fair. The fault is the management since there is no queuing system at all. The management know there is a lot of demand for this place so please manage it.
Please introduce queuing system like using poker chip with number on it, I remember I used to go to a barber that have this system when I was younger.
The quality of the cut is ranging from average to good, depending on who you get. Sometime waiting for 3 hours to get a haircut is not worth it even how good it is.
