I took my daughter for her first proper hair cut and she loved it. What a great experience for her and The team made us feel so welcome. Ben did the most wonderful cut and finish. She loved having her hair washed and then styled. I cannot recommend highly enough for children’s hair cuts, just a fantastic service. I was so jealous I booked in the the following week 😀. We will defiantly be back for hair cuts for my daughter, she felt like a super star when she left. Thank you Ben and Toni & Guy x

I arrived with neglected, unhealthy hair and no idea of what I really wanted. Ben took time to give great advice about the right style for me. I genuinely can’t believe the difference and I left the salon feeling like a new person. I honestly can’t thank him enough. I rearly leave any reviews but Liam is just GENIUS. He not only listens to clients wishes but is full of his own ideas and implements them gently making the final result just perfect. You leaving not only looking fabulous, you leaving with precise haircut which is getting better with time and enhances natural flow of your hair. Today was my first visit to Toni&Guy in Birmingham, Liam performed a masterpiece in correcting my hair colour and the cut was fabulous. I was nervous and very apprehensive prior to the appointment however, everyone made me feel comfortable, the greeting was warm and everyone made me feel at ease. My colour required a major transplant, Liam listened, understood my concerns, let me explain and didn't put me into a category, he was patient and gave constructive advice but didn't force any of his ideas on me. For the first time in years I walked out of a salon loving my new look. I will certainly be returning to this salon time after time. Also, not the forget the young girl who shampooed my hair she was so attentive in ensuring the colour was completely rinsed out and any colour marking on my skin were removed as best she could. Had my hair coloured here today by Qudsia, she did a phenomenal job, so impressed, I’m in love with it! I had a lovely experience from start to finish, staff are all so lovely and welcoming, the salon has such a comforting atmosphere too. Qudsia did such a great job and did exactly what I wanted, couldn’t recommend her enough. Thankyou so much. A real gem of a salon, will definitely be back soon! x

The colour is lovely as is the cut. Both members of staff were helpful when providing their service however what normally takes around 2 hours took nearly 4. I was left sitting at the wash basin for more than 45 minutes with no explanation. When I made it clear I wasn’t happy I was told there had been a mistake in the booking but nobody had explained this to me whilst I was sitting at the basin or when I had arrived for my appointment. I am seriously disappointed in the salon organisation and the fact it was blamed on a booking system error - when I had actually booked whilst in the salon on my previous visit. Wonderful manner with the perfect balance of offering options but being clear about what would be best for my hair for its first cut for ages. Described everything he was doing and gave advice on how to maintain my hair until the next appointment which I booked before leaving. Really happy with the result. Everything was all Covid safe. I never normally leave reviews but I had such a great experience and wanted to share. I had my hair cut by Vicky, she was honestly so lovely and made me feel comfortable. I am quite particular with my hair because I've been growing it for years, Vicky understood this and listened to what I wanted and always checked with me before doing anything. It was also my birthday and Vicky made me feel special even giving a birthday card and little bag of complimentary hair care products, which was so sweet!

I came here last week to have my wash, cut and blow dry by the lovely Vicky. She was so sweet and catered to my needs in every way. I was looking forward to my haircut all week as I'de been so busy with work since lockdown. After Vicky was done with me I felt like brand new woman! Excellent service here. Been coming here for about a year and the service now is better than it ever has been. Kirsty now does my colour and she really makes you feel like she cares. Even though I accidentally turned my hair slightly purple she managed to fix it for me and make it look fab. I now have my mum, sister and sister in law coming here for their hair treatments!! I just want to add how friendly the assistants are who blow dry my hair. A little more confidence in them would be great as they always do such an amazing job (I am also a very fussy person to please) I will see you next month as I always rebook my treatments.

Sim has been cutting my hair for a few years now. The cut and the service are always great. Getting an appointment with her can be tough sometimes, as she's often fully booked, but all the stylists are of a similarly high standard, I recommend Matt, and I always feel well looked after.

I was very impressed with the results last time I had my hair done - I usually have my hair coloured in London but needed an appointment in Birmingham last minute when I was visiting. My hairdresser (Amelia) did a great job on my colour (I'm usually very fussy about getting the tone of blonde right!) but she knew exactly what I was after. Kirsty coloured my hair, and although it looked beautiful I wanted it a tad darker. I was booked back in straight away and was coloured again two days later; absolutely love it. Suzzy done my wash and treatment, amazing head massage btw. They both got me loads of drinks and made sure I was warm and I'm a cold block. Service and the result- spot on.

Outstanding haircut and great staff! Fantastic customer service and extremely relaxed environment. My hairdresser on the day - Suraj - payed careful attention to what I requested and delivered to the tee, exceeding my expections by far. He was friendly, warm and offered thoughtful advice & guidance on how I should style my hair. My experience was most definitely enhanced by his energy and ethusiasm. Furthermore, Suraj recommened some excellent Label M products which I now use regularly to give my hair extra dimension and volume.
