I've been coming to this shop for the past 5 years, never could fault the barbers in there. By far one of the best barbers in the West Midlands. Would definitely recommend it Never a waiting time, as soon as you walk in your seated by a professional barber. All the barbers here are great, never had to choose a barber here there all well trained and experienced.

Hello, I allow myself to put a positive opinion whereas at the beginning my opinion was negative. Let me explain, my son had his hair done by one of the hairdressers of the team and I admit that he simply did his job by listening to my wishes concerning the My son's haircut. Coming out the haircut was not at all what I expected. It looked like nothing to me. The young man simply took my expectations into account so I can't blame him. not happy. Except that the professionalism of this team was able to listen to me, chat with me despite the language barrier because I speak French. They were professional despite my dissatisfaction and corrected my son's hairstyle. I really want to apologize to the team because I really did not want to doubt your professionalism, when I left your house, I was still very happy. I recommend this hair salon because it is not just a story of money but of humanism. Respect and listening are 2 characteristics that can be found in a hairdresser. I have an autistic 6year old so difficult to get his hair cut without a meltdown. The staff are so patient and welcoming. Usually very good and listen to what we ask for. Last visit wasn't great, gave a generic short back and sides rather than the extra we asked for. Will be back again though, as most the staff are fabulous with my son!

Always happy to see their customers and make sure you leave happy with the services provided. I also take my 4 year old, who used to cry and make it hard for Deano to cut his hair. But Deano always remains calm and collected and cuts his hair to a great level. I highly recommend going to the shop and trying the lads out

Been coming here 5+ years very reliable barbers who cater to all kinds of haircuts or styles, you never have to wait long as there is always 5+ barbers working at any given time and all are trained to a high standard as I’ve been to most of the barbers here during the 5/6 years they have been open and have never been disappointed. One of the best barbers in Brum I highly recommend coming here if you are in the area 👍🏼 Fair prices too

Simply put ... This is the Best hairdressers I have used. They always tend to be busy but you never have to wait for long as there are always around 10 hairdressers at a time. My son and I love the atmosphere in the shop and how every hairdresser is friendly, always using a cut throat to give a clean finish and sharp lines. The shop is clean, fresh, tidy and always playing music, with each station having a TV screen to watch while you get a cut. The pricing is more than reasonable as well. not long waiting times as there are about 10 hairdressers. 100% recommend to anyone wanting a great, clean and professional cut and service 💯% recommend for anyone, young and old. No matter which hairdresser you get, you are guaranteed a great cut without question. Since Covid, they now also offer booking appointments, via the Booksy app or you can walk-in, but have to wait. There is no way I would use another hairdressers/barbers now ... Impeccable service, full attention to details and no matter how busy they are, you are treated as the only customer. They are more than inline with government Covid guidelines and constantly monitoring them to make any changes that may be required

Another great hair and beard cut with eyebrows, nostril and ear hair all tamed. As an elderly grey haired man, a young trendy shop staffed by fit hirsute young men may not, on first glance, seem a good fit but I have been going here for at least 5 years and go nowhere else. The lads are all pleasant and professional and give great value for money. There can be a wait at busy times, but as a pensioner, no delays experienced on a Thursday mid morning. Attention to Covid hygiene is very. acceptable

Great overall experience. The barbers here are all great. Never had any issues always get exactly what I’m looking for. They have some great saftey measures in play due to covid. Hand sanatisers in the wating room and safe distance between other customers. All the barbers here wear a face mask during your haircut reassuring you are in safe hands.

Best Barbers in all of Birmingham. Been going here since it first opened and it’s genuinely got the best staff ever who are incredibly helpful. Waiting times are not too long ever especially if you have booked first which isn’t even necessary. They give the best fades ever, with a large variety of extras you can get done there and every time I’ve had a brilliant trim. Honestly worth going to check out and you can find out for yourself what all the hypes about.

First time using a turkish barber, wasnt disappointed. Fantastic cut and beard trim/shaping, the barber paid so much attention to detail. Im normally in and out in 20 minutes - I was here for an hour. They even threw in an eyebrow trim, fire on my ears, face mask and hot toweling. I will definitely be using them again

Always make my young lad feel comfortable & assured. Used to have a nightmare at other places but he loves coming to "the big boy barbers" now. Always a good cut too. Also good at beard trims and shape ups (from my own experience, not my sons obviously). My father in law also waits until he can get over rather than use another barber nearer to him.

The shop is nice and clean, and has many barbers, so your not waiting too long. I went their after reading the reviews, and found that it was a pleasant experience overall. The only downside was that I was left with a small itchy patch under my nose, caused by the blade, which in a few days turned into a small zit. Prices are not to bad.

Best barbers in Birmingham, nothing’s too much trouble for Deano and his team. Always very polite great bunch of lads. I used to hate going for a haircut but it’s no drama at this salon. Because there’s up to 9 barbers even if it’s a peak time you’ll never wait more than 10-15 minutes. Hair done, Nose hairs gone, ear hair torched and eyebrows sorted. Top Drawer wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. 👍👍

Anyone who’d complain about this place needs to try somewhere else....they’d come straight back 10/10 service and with Covid at the min they offer out free masks to anyone that comes in the shop, sanitizer as soon as you walk in and each section is has barriers for health & safety. Customer service is bang on too with each member of staff extremely friendly and helpful
