D. R.Love going here! Very friendly salon where all staff are very welcoming and professional. Offer late evening appointment one day in the week which is great when working full time. Service offered is second to none and I am always 100% happy with the cut I receive. All the ladies who work there really seem to enjoy their jobs which is a testament to Vicky as a boss! There is also a trainee there who gives the best massages ever when washing your hair 😁

B.My wife tried out Urban Obsession on the morning of 17 March 2022 and had a wash, cut, highlights and blow dry and loved the salon - she found the staff both friendly and competent and the prices competitive. As I needed a haircut, I decided to go that afternoon and give them a try. Upon arrival I was offered a hot drink (I refused as I’d just had one), they (Elaine?) took my coat and invited me to take a seat by a washbasin as I wanted a wash, cut & blow dry. She then gently washed my hair and gave me a towel to dry my face and ears…! Charlotte then asked me how I wanted my hair and then expertly cut and blow dried my hair, chatting in a friendly fashion throughout. I was expecting a nasty shock when it came to paying the bill, and was pleasantly surprised at only £12-50 - really good value for money! I’ll definitely come back to Urban Obsession next time and I’m happy to highly recommend them to others.

B. T.Vicky and team were amazing I work at a children’s home local to the salon and enquired about a lad who was very anxious about attending a hair dressers due to previous experiences. From the moment I enquired Vicky was really helpful and when we arrived at the salon both Vicky and Ellie made us feel very welcome offered drinks and made the child at ease. They ensured he was in control of the decisions however gave lots of great advice encouraging and reassuring him throughout! The end result was great he is really happy with his hair cut and has said he will go again which is such an achievement and wouldn’t of been achieved without Vicky and Ellie’s support so we would highly recommend this lovely friendly salon to anyone looking for somewhere new to try!

B. D.I phoned them 40 minutes before closing time. Got there when there was 20 minutes until closing. They still did my haircut to shoulder length with a wash. The customer service is amazing, and I am very happy with my new haircut. :)
