I've not been to the hairdressers for decades so I was a bit nervous, especially as I was having something a bit radical. I was warmly greeted by Kim, my hairdresser. I explained that I wanted to donate my hair to The Little Princess Trust and she kindly took into account the necessary considerations. Kim checked in with me during the process and offered me different options and her welcomed opinion. I was very happy with the result and would thoroughly recommend Urban Roots and stylist, Kim. Kim went above and beyond to make my hair vision come to life but also maintained realistic expectations. I have been extremely hesitant to go to a hairdressers for years after a previous bad experience - I had my hair wash, cut, blow dried and coloured by Kim - and I have never felt more fab! From the initial consultation to the appointment the whole team was super welcoming and the place has such a nice atmosphere! Thank you guys <3

Went to Urban Roots today and I am soooo happy!!! Can't believe I passed by their door hundreds of times before and never knew they were there! Found out about them on Google and booked an appointment on the website (very easy, quick and straightforward to do). Extremely easy to find the place. Excellent location in town, seconds away from New Street Station. The vibe was really cool. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the young lady who shampooed my hair (sorry!), but she's done an amazing job! It was soooo relaxing! Chad has done an excellent job! My hair looks so cute and fresh and (why not?) sexy :p I totally recommend it and I will definitely go back :) xXx
