G.Usually friendly guys, however, the last visit was disappointing as the gent who cut my boyfriend's hair was terribly rude when my boyfriend asked if he could cut a bit more off, despite the fact my other half had told him he wasn't sure what length he wanted and may need it shorter as soon as he sat in the chair. The guy even had the nerve to say "tell me at the beginning of the cut next time" - apparently, customers aren't allowed to be happy with their trim. As a result of this, he then refused to give him student discount because he effectively had to trim a bit more off once he was done - bit rude considering he'd initially told him he wasn't sure what length he was going for, don't know if the guy was having a bad day or whatever but that shouldn't affect your work and every customer counts IMO. Not everyone that walks in is going to know what they want from the onset, part of the trade is being able to advise and adapt to the customers needs, shame really.

The shop is bright, clean and modern - They even have Fifa for the uncommon chance you have a short wait. All of the staff follow direction and the results are always perfect. Leon, Ross and Kuba all deliver the service you would expect from Brighton's no. 1 Barbers.
