I. R.Excellent little barbershop in Kemptown. Zar and Olli are excellent hairdressers and that's my go-to place for a haircut in lovely Brighton.
N.I've been going to Zar regularly now for the past year or so and I've always had exemplary service. He's really welcoming and is full of humour. He also understands when maybe you're not in the chattiest of moods and won't talk, or chop, your ear off.
Adding to that, his shop is always clean and tidy and he usually has some decent music on, complimenting to the relaxed atmosphere he has built.
Definitely worth a visit if you're maybe looking for a new barber, but be sure to book!
P. R.HIGHLY recommend Zar’s, absolutely lovely guy and more of an experience rather than an average cut and trim. Using his expertise he was able to give amazing advise and I came out very happy and positive about my cut. I will be coming back for sure.

Came to Zars for the first time today and Oli cut my hair. Best cut I have ever had. Very very skilled chap. 10/10 Would recommend.
T.My favorite barber in the UK without doubt. What's not to love? Zar is a charm, I always enjoy chatting with him. The whole experience is quite unique. The place has one barber chair so you get full on attention. The two walls are mirrored which plays fun tricks on the eyes. And a couple of Ravens watch over and make you feel protected somehow. Oh, and the cut is always spot-on. Zar also serves a delicious shot of espresso.
