Absolutely faultless. Super knowledgeable and skilled in braiding but also very personable and customer centred. Made sure I was comfy which is super important as I've health issues, gave me free reign of the telly while she worked super fast on my hair and makes a cracking cup of caffeine free tea. I've always been a plait lover having various side cornrows, Dutch braids, front (fringe hider) plait, but never had box braids before as I was a little bit anxious about damage to my own hair, the weight having had weaved extensions before that I hated as felt so heavy, also my work as I have a particular kind of attire I have to wear on my head! After seeing photos of Caz's work I was dying to go for it, and wow am I glad that I did! From first contact Caz put me at ease, explaining all my options; knotted versus knotless, squares, triangles or circles, an extensive chart of colours, also informing me that this style does not damage my own hair, quite the opposite, as long as I don't leave it in too long after my natural hair has grown (this is very important!). Caz is professional, really down to Earth and makes you feel entirely comfortable, and reassured that you're going to be happy with the end results! 7 hours with a stranger could appear daunting to some, but from the minute I met Caz I knew I was in safe hands. Throughout my 'reinvention' Caz made me so comfortable, I watched films, we chatted and she gave me regular updates and snips of progress! For anyone either a braid virgin, or a hard-core braided beauty, I absolutely recommend Caz, she is amazing! I had triangle/ star chinchilla knotless box braids, and I'm already planning my next style and colour with Caz.

After arriving she made me feel very welcome from the start and by the time I left I felt I had known Her for ages.
