It was easy to book in an appointment using the online booking system.
Dan's cut my hair a couple of times now and every time he always makes you feel welcome and at ease.
Has good chat and banter and overall makes you feel comfortable.
You get exactly what you ask for... he don't cut your hair too short or automatically think he knows what you want or what style... He listens to what you want and delivers it.
The time and detail taken to cut my beard and hair was second to none.
The service i was given was excellent and Im very happy with the end product and will definately be returning again!
All staff are friendly and sound.
They Always make you feel comfortable and welcome.

However the last two times I had to wait 2 hours yes two hours on one occasion and the other time I walked in at 4.10pm on a Saturday to be told that we are closed now mate even though they advertise 5pm and google says 6pm ? Haircut used to be 12 pound and I always gave 15 - not the best anymore.
