I’ve been seeing Jack for over a few years for cut & colours and it’s safe to say I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else! The quality of his work is to very high standard and the salon is also reflective of this. Every time I leave I love my hair more and more and this is a testimony to his talent! ☺️

My go to for all my hair needs. Can’t recommend enough! Jack who does my hair is the ultimate professional and so lovely, it’s a real treat getting my hair done. They use high quality products and the skill, detail and care taken, always leaves me so happy with the results and with great looking hair. I have recommended Jack to several friends by word of mouth, all of which also love him and have become regular and returning clients. You really are in safe hands with him, he offers advice that works for you, and gives you your best hair you can hope for. The shop is also really conventionally located and a lovely environment to enjoy your hair appointment in. It’s also great that Jamie can take on my partners barbering needs too, making it a one stop shop! Thank you guys for the amazing service and gorgeous hair!

A gorgeous, boutique hair salon. I felt completely listened to as soon as I contacted them, and even when we had to hold off on the cut and colour because of lockdown, they were incredibly accommodating and organised a new date. I had my hair cut and coloured by Trish who took my inspiration image and really worked her magic on my mop. Highly recommend and will be back!

Having dragged my now 12 year old son to various walk in barbers over the years for the "standard boys cut" I now would not be alliwed to go anywhere else than Dougie Johns which is different frim the norm. From the minute we walked in Jamie listened to what my son wanted treating him like an adult. The little touches like the hot towel which get rid of all the little bit of hair which he always hated all make him feel looked after. He is now at the point where he wants to book on the booksy app himself and go alone as he feels confident that Jamie knows exactly what he wants. No doubt he will at some point go with his mates like some older boys from his school who go for a group cut and hang out sometimes after school. The fact that the cost is no more than I have paid in some standard barbers for in my opinion a totally different level of service and that you can get an appointment up to 8pm at night all make Dougie Johns a briiliant place to go for a male haircut.
