Came here with my son. He showed Yasar a picture of what he wanted. Yasar was great, polite and cut my son's exactly how he wanted. He also recommended a styling product that would be most suitable for the style he wanted. Highly recommended and will visit again! Thank you!

Finally I find my right barber shop … they do always very professional haircut and great job .. all staff very friendly shop always clean and hygienic definitely recommending.

The Barbers are quick and efficient but they all just do the same hairstyle regardless of what you actually ask for. They also offer all the men a drink but ignore women and children... My son does like having his hair cut here though and it is reasonably priced. Cash only!

I have used Gio's from the start, back every six weeks or so and never had a bad haircut. I say haircut, it's a full on service, always come out feeling sharp, along with excellent customer care. I was in there yesterday and although there was a wait (Friday evening) everyone was happy to wait. All ages and haircuts on show and the lads making sure you had a drink etc, a great atmosphere. Great job as always guys, keep it up, your fast becoming a Thornbury institution.

Great experience. They have raised the bar in having your haircut in Thornbury. I didn’t have to wait to be seen, the attention to detail, and value for money is definitely 10 out of 10. They do Offer making an appointment, and they don't charge extra for making a booking. Will be coming back again, probably best haircut from a barbers. Thankyou guys, really pleased. Third haircut, still great haircut and standard.

Beard trim was great, the haircut was shorted than I asked for, kept going over again and again for some reason...and asked my eyebrows to be trimmed and pretty much trimmed them off?! No comb used as a spacer just went straight in with a trimmer! I have used gios since they opened and it's the first time I wasn't super happy leaving

First time my 14 yr old son has had his hair cut here,. Finally found a decent barbers in Thornbury after travelling to Yate for hair cuts (as tried all other barbers in Thornbury). What a great place, excellent customer service, clean and tidy with professional staff. Free chocolates whilst you wait and a can of fizzy pop all thrown in! Not to mention the hot towel and massage! They have have got this bang on the money, will definitely return. Keep up the high standards lads, you’ve set the bar very high!

Honestly I've never been to a barbers like this !!! The best customer service and they take care of they're customers ! Amazed at my hair cut and all that came with it!!! Worth every penny !!! I would recommend to anyone ( which I already have ) seriously if you haven't tried there go try !!! My only complaint is they didn't have a a card machine so I could leave a tip !!! Defo going back there from now on ..!!!!!

Went in for a haircut and had a full service basically. Trimmed nose and eyebrows. A bit concerned when he set fire to my ears though. Hot facial too and a good price. Polite staff. Nice surroundings. Will be going back again for sure

Very good haircut for my partner and son. Partner had a skin fade which was perfect and my son had his first cut in a barbers (he's 3) and they were amazing with him. Good value and really good haircuts.

Fully recommend Gio's to anyone looking for a good quality haircut at a reasonable price. Friendly staff, very good cut and comes with a complimentary hot towel at the end. Biggest win for me is that they open until 19:00 which is the only time I can get there outside of working hours.

Very impressed by the service. Paid £17 for a excellent skin fade by Ati including complementary cup of coffee, cut throat razor, ear hairs burnt away, hot menthol towel and neck massage. Very clean, nicely presented shop and friendly staff. Would recommend and will visit again.

Brilliant service. Saturday walk-in and was seen instantly without an appointment. Hot towel and quick massage was part of the haircut. Would recommend. Hair cut was one of the best I’ve had.
