Can always guarantee I’ll walk out of Glitch feeling super happy with my new hair! I usually book with Tori and she always takes the time to fully understand what I want her to achieve. She checks in multiple times to make sure I’m happy with the next steps, which makes me feel really in control of the outcome. The care and attention taken with colouring is also amazing, I’ve had highlights the last 2 appointments and both times have been absolutely perfect. A really friendly atmosphere in glitch as well so overall always a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience at Glitch whilst getting my hair cut with Tori for the first time. She has transformed my thirsty dry mess of hair into a seriously lovely curly style again; I feel like I’ve found my hairdresser! I felt super confident here and for sure will be returning. The decor and atmosphere of the place is buzzing and hip. On arrival I was greeted by a smiley member of staff and offered a complimentary hot drink which was very nice. My hair stylist was very knowledgeable and friendly and I enjoyed talking with them. I would definitely recommend Glitch and I intend to return to have my hair length maintained in the near future.

Lovely experience with Suzie. I have fine, flat hair and a phobia of hair salons, but I felt very listened to and cared for. It's the first time I come out of a place happier than how I came in! Suzie was also very knowledgeable and provided many recommendations of hair products suited for my type of hair. A little pricey than your usual place (57£ for curtain bangs) so I wouldn't be able to go back regularly unfortunately, hence the 4/5. My partner said my hair never looked better though, so still very happy with the experience!

Had put 4 star review before when they first moved to their new location but all being run super smoothly now and is such a lovely place to be. Lucia makes me feel very comfortable and is amazing at cutting my hair - I haven't been back to the same person this many times in years. Definitely sticking with her and this salon!

Went in for a big chop and change up and left feeling amazing! Love my new hair, my stylist (Lucia) was so knowledgeable, and offered her expert opinions and advice on how to make what style I had in mind look best for my hair and face shape. Honestly can't wait for my hair to grow just so I can go back again! Also banging tunes and a vv chill vibe, it's an 11/10 from me.

Wonderful atmosphere of inclusivity and delicious coffee. The pressures of running a business, meant that my creative hair design was handled with extreme caution, and the stress was a bit off-putting, but completely understandable. I would recommend coming in for a chat before booking, to put less pressure on staff. Glitch is still the only place I know of that would even consider attempting the design. Big thanks to Lucia, you did really well!

Super good for curly hair. Liam always does such an excellent cut and style on my curly hair. I always feel welcome and have a fun time when I visit. Everyone is always super friendly. So much so that I travel about 1.5hrs for my haircut!

I got my tattoo from Nicole, and not only is she amazingly lovely and very talented but the studio is also fantastic. The space is beautiful and everyone was incredibly friendly, the other artists came and chatted while she was doing my piece and I felt so welcome, from the iced latte when I arrived to the aftercare guidance afterwards! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to get a tattoo, and I’ll be back to get my nails done as well!

I had a tattoo done with Alexandria Nolan and she was incredible. It was my first one and she could tell I was nervous, she sat me down with a free coffee and let me relax whilst she set up. We spoke the whole time and had a lovely chat and it was over before I knew it!! She gave me lots of advice on aftercare and looked at the area I wanted another tattoo and gave me advice. I’m obsessed with the tattoo, she’s a sick artist and I highly recommend her. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now and am already booking in for my next one!!

Visited Glitch on multiple occasions with different stylists but today I think I found MY stylist with Sy! So kind and welcoming from the start and seemed to understand exactly what I was looking to achieve with my new look! I left the studio feeling so so happy with the experience and the style I left with! Anthony my tattoist has done a great job on my back piece so far. I have had a couple of sittings and with each one he has been reassuring, professional and considerate when tattooing. His art work and design for this tattoo has been amazing, so specifically if you are looking for japanese designed tattoos then he is your guy.

Love Glitch!! All the stylists and colourists are fab. Never had a bad experience and always feel like I’m in safe hands, even when going for something more experimental. I've been to glitch twice now, once last year in November where I got my hair cut by Laura and the second time yesterday where it was cut by Lauren. (Both absolutely amazing!) I had never left a hairdresser without immediately washing my hair or hating it before but Glitch totally changed this! I've often felt like hairdressers were afraid to cut alternative hair for me but this isn't the case with Glitch. If you go in with an idea of what you want they will do it even better than you imagined! I can't recommend this hairdresser and its wonderful staff enough.

The best haircut I have ever had. I usually find going to the hairdresser's very intimidating, but Tori immediately put me at ease and discussed my haircut with me every step of the way. I saw Tory who cut my hair perfectly. Due to covid I let the cut grow out and even 8 months on people were commenting what a nice cut it was!! I'm hoping to get my hair cut at the new Brighton branch in a couple months... Its been a year since my last cut at the Bristol branch and I just hope the Brighton hairdressers are as good as Tory.

I love this salon. They are so lovely and do amazing work. I get a full bleach and tone regularly and I love the atmosphere of the shop. The staff never tell me off if I leave my roots a bit late...you have to pay more (obvs) but I hate salons that tell you off for not coming more regularly. Glitch is not one of those :)

I went on the Glitch website on a cold ,wet Monday afternoon and was able to book an appointment for that evening. It was Liam who cut my hair, and he did such a great job. I am a bit fussy with my hair it is thin, flat, and looks unloved. He cut some short chunky layers in there and made it feel alive! I am so delighted everytime I look in the mirror..thank you Liam @ Glitch in Old Market. My new regular hairdressers :D

Going to have to give it a low score. I'm a girl with a very thick hair, that hairdressers just don't seem to understand. I went there expecting that someone will finally thin my hair out because it's a struggle for me, they barely thinned it out and my hair looked exactly the same as before after 2 days of my visit. Just doesn't worth the money for me, as that's not what I have asked for and I can't afford to get a haircut every 2 months. I have tried to explain that but the hairdresser tried to convince me that it will look good. Well it doesn't , I still look like a freakin lion and I pretty much hate it. Sorry

I had a great first experience with Sasha at Glitch in December and will hopefully be going back to her for all my future cuts! Having fine hair, a fringe and bob I’ve struggled to find someone who listens to what I want but also understands what my hair is like, and Sasha really did. Not bad also having a delicious coffee, dogs around, and access to massage chair for the hair wash! Dream.

My experience there was AMAZING!! Usually I’m very daunted by hairdressers but the second I got in I was greeted by a kind receptionist. I asked if they had slots this week, and was told they’d be able to fit me in in an hour if I wanted which I was so happy about! I came back and my hairdresser was actually behind the desk at reception so it was an immediate identification of who I was and walk to the salon chair, which really put me at ease! I brought up some reference photos and didn’t think for a moment my hair would be properly able to resemble them (I’d botched my fringe by making it too wide, and wanted a wispy 70s fringe and layers) - and honestly a miracle was performed, - she gave me my dream fringe, with so much heaviness and a necessary amount of length taken off the rest! I felt confident about my face for the first time in months. I’d instantly known that I was in good hands prior to the actual cut: we had a lovely chat, during the washing process I received a wonderful head massage, and afterwards, when paying, the price was honestly so reasonable given the absolute life saver that was performed on my hair! Safe to say I will never trim my own fringe again, and will definitely be returning :))
