After having a not so good experience with another local hair dresser, Jay managed to fix my hair and gave me a lovely modern hair do that I can maintain while running after a 3 year old and baby. It was lush to have an hour to my self and feel great after. 100% recommend. Looking forward to my next wash, cut and blow dry.

My daughter is 13 and Simon was amazing made her feel comfortable and relaxed especially as she can feel very anxious in these types of situations. Both boys were very friendly and bubbly we will definitely be back. And my daughter hair look incredible by the time we left!

This was my first visit having moved to Portishead. Jay was my stylist. You never know what to expect moving to a new salon and what I was looking for was a good cut to my shoulder length hair. My cut was excellent and the blow dry was amazing. The last time my hair was styled to an amazing look was over 10 years ago in Paris!! The decor of the salon was beautiful, different to the norm and I felt immediately at ease. Jay and Simon were lovely and needless to say my next visit is already booked in. Jay now that I have found you, please don’t move!!! 💛

Having only been to a proper hairdressers once before, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. But the place was really clean and Jay was really helpful! K18 Treatment really works made a massive difference to my hair, a lot more body, easier to manage myself. Feels and looks a lot better, blow dry lasts a lot longer. Thanks Simon for the recommend. Jay - Did a lovely blow dry - stand in for Simon great now have someone to cover for Simon if he is not in. Karma also does a really good shampoo. Well done team great team effort x

A very nice experience overall. I needed to ring up too make an appointment because I select what I wanted on the online booking system. Then Simon went down with Covid, so I was rung up and the arrangement changed to cater for this. The service was very good, however Facemasks we’re not being used, so I asked that they were and they complied. I had a dry cut for £15 which is good value. Fully recommend

The salon is fully booked most of the time which says a lot for how good it is! You need to book some time in advance. Simon has been doing my hair now for some 3 years after going through a lot of the hairdressers in the town. I find he is the most consistently good and value for money and so continue to go to him. I do find it hard at times to be able to contact them to make the appointment, but now you can apparently do so online which should improve things.

Jay has performed something close to a miracle. I came in looking like a pigeon eating, crazy lady. I have come out with a sleek, ash lilac textured bob which looks like a magazine.
