The staff are so professional and lovely. This was my first time going to HQ and I don't think I will use any other hairdressers in Bristol now! The staff were so friendly and explained to me exactly what they were doing to my hair. Sarah worked MAGIC on my hair and transformed it from being dull and showing lots of brown root to being super shiny and blonde again. I am so happy, I could not recommend HQ enough.

I had the LVL Lash Lift & Tint with Holly which worked beautifully on my stubborn lashes. Holly is really friendly, lovely to chat to and puts you at ease immediately. She's super reliable too - attending appointments even when on crutches. She provides her service perfectly and it is worth every penny!

Absolutely love HQ! Salon owner Holly has a genuine passion for her craft and goes above and beyond for her clients, you never leave the salon looking anything less than your best. Her hair extensions are amazing quality and her placement is one of the best, the only reason people knew I had extensions in was when I told them! I had my first set for 9 months and my natural hair is in great condition and has grown nicely throughout the process! Hazel is also a great hairdresser and she too has a passion for it, she’s a wizz with colour and always chooses the best path to achieve the results you want whilst maintaining healthy hair! Love these girls and love the salon, such a relaxed feel in the salon - definitely pay them a visit!

I absolutely love this salon! It literally has everything a girl ever needs all in one place. I have been going to Holly for my hair extensions for a few years now and can honestly say she is amazing. She’s transformed my hair from something I was always self conscious of to my dream long hair. When Holly opened her own salon I not only went for my extensions but started seeing Ellie for lashes and she is amazing too! She really listens to exactly what you want and will tailor them to you. She’s such a lovely, chilled person and my lashes always turn out beautiful, I get lots of compliments! I would highly recommend going here for any of the treatments HQ offers, all of the technicians are to a very high standard and all lovely people!

Melissa was really helpful and knowledgeable from the moment I went in the salon for a color patch! She listened to what I wanted to do with my hair but at the same time she gave me her expert advice! It was a long session after 9 months without a haircut, but I felt well looked after and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed! The result is great, and I left the salon feeling really satisfied! I had a fantastic experience at HQ. I am a new client and I already been twice since the salon has re-opened in April. I had a hair cut and color with Sarah and Melissa. They were both highly professional, experienced and really friendly, they understood exactly what I wanted. Despite the busy period at salons they did not rush the appointment at all but instead they went through cut and colour options with me and I felt they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with what we chose. Needless to say, I am so pleased with the result. On top of that the salon is lovely, very stilish, clean and great atmosphere. Plus, all their products smell amazing including the hair dye! You are also welcomed with a drink of choice when you arrive at the salon. You will feel you are taken care for the whole duration of your appointment, would definitely recommend if you are looking to treat yourself after many months of lockdown. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!!

I’ve been going to Holly for my extensions for well over a year now. She colour matches my hair perfectly and I absolutely love my extensions. She’s also great company for 2.5 hours.
