Fenomenal job today by the stylist, I explained how each time previous I have had my hair done by other company’s there has always been a colour issue leaving my confidence low. I was recommended to try innovation and there reputation exceeded expectations, I left the salon with a smile buzzing to go about my day knowing how I good I looked and more importantly felt. Second time trying innovation hair! Lovely team, squeaky clean premises, nice coffee and amazing stylists! Maddie did my hair today and she’ll now be doing my hair for the forceable, ha! She was so lovey and amazing at her job! She was very attentive to my hair and talked me through what she was doing! Maddie was happy to accommodate to my last minute changes, I came in for a pre holiday wash and blow dry and left with blonde bangs 🥰 Kelly the owner is also lovely and very friendly! Would recommend 😊

Thank you to Kelly for an amazing haircut and making my course/dry curly hair actually feel lovely and soft. She explained what products were best for my hair and why, what they were for and how to use them. It was so good to have my really curly hair cut by someone that knew what they were doing.
