I had a complete restyle and colour done by Amy. She transformed my dry unhealthy looking hair into something incredible! The salon was a lovely atmosphere and I was made to feel at ease. She is not only an amazing stylist she has made my hair in the best condition it’s been in (i nearly went bald from a previous salon experience) plus it’s always a great atmosphere in the salon. Had a really great experience with Jack when I went last week for a Brazilian blow dry treatment, he was so friendly, cheerful and professional and was able to expertly answer all the questions I had about the treatment which left my hair looking fab and super smooth. I've already booked my next appointment to come back for hair colour! Would love if the salon would consider offering an NHS discount then I could convince all my workmates to come too.

The whole team are always very welcoming, friendly and kind. Katie always knows what to do and 100% satisfaction is always guaranteed . I wouldn’t go to any other Salon. I can be very fussy and change my mind a lot but Katie always has patience and reassures me when making a decision she knows exactly what advice to give on what would look good and what wouldn’t .

All the staff seem pleasant and helpful. I see Katie and she is just lovely. I moved from the west mids to nailsea and was nervous to find a new hairdresser. I didn't need to be as she is great. During lockdown I have managed to do my own roots, I love that she praised me and always has something nice to say. Some hairdressers like you to know that doing anything at home just isn't the same but it was nice to feel that this was not the case. I look forward to more haircuts in the future!

I've been using Amy, who run's MiMi's Hair for the last 7 years, first as a home hairdresser and now in the salon. I would honestly never use anyone else. She's extremly talented, listens to exactly what I want and is crative enough to see things others just can't. She's incredibly kind, will always make and re-arrange appointments as needed and I've never left feeling anything but thrilled. Me and my partner trust her so implicitly, she did the hair for our wedding day - it was perfect. She even sorted my hair out after I made a HUGE colour mistake with a home dye!! Amy is incredible value for money, absolutely adorable to be around and will bend over backwards to make sure your hair is exactly what you want.
