First visit to this salon in Filton. I was needing a completely new look and honestly I was nervous. I needn't have worried. I came out beaming ear to ear. I just love my new short hair cut. Can't wait to get the colour done!

I had a wash, cut and blow dry. My stylist was Billy and he was so friendly and professional. He was happy to give me lots of hints and tips on caring for and getting the best out of my naturally curly hair. Would highly recommend him and will most definitely be going back.

I had the most wonderful service at Perfected Hair & Beauty. Kerri was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and confident to have a change of hair colour. After years of browns and blacks, I’m now vibrant purple with black low-lights. I love the finished look and will definitely be returning! All of the staff are very friendly, always welcoming and overall this is one of the most positive salons I have come across. Wonderful customer service from the reception staff too!

Had a haircut with Jackie earlier today and I love it! She did exactly as I wanted and really spent her time perfecting it, whilst being a good conversationalist. All staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend if you are nearby as I felt very comfortable the entire time and hair feels so much better. Thanks again Jackie will be back 😊

Was my first time getting my hair done at perfected - I’ve been in for my nails before and they have always been good. So I Booked in for a free consultation to decide how I wanted my hair coloured and was booked in for two days later to get it done. Kiri did a fantastic job, I’m so pleased with the colour - she got it exactly as I wanted! All the staff Are really friendly and the service is really good. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Been here several times and always happy with cut but first time having hair cut by Billy, best ever cut 😃 Billy took time to ensure he understood what I wanted and did exactly that. I was very happy and have just rebooked for when the second lockdown is finished ready for Christmas. The salon is clean with all COVID measures being adhered to. I felt quite safe. Staff at this salon are all very friendly.

What a wonderful place and even more wonderful staff who are brilliant in every way . Long story cut short, my hair was a mess and I thought no one could ever put it right. How wrong was I , Katie not only put me at my ease but worked her fantastic magic and I have been transformed. She is amazing and I can’t thank her enough. She coloured my hair and then done a fantastic cut and blow dry . I feel wonderful and my hair is amazing. Wish I would of came here years ago but now I will not be going anywhere else ever. Love Billy he is amazing in making you feel more confident in yourself and in your appearance he is always suggesting what you can do to improve your hair and is very passionate in what he does which in turns leads to the amazing job he does on your hair! Billy has become my regular hairdresser and I wouldn’t go to anyone else now! I love coming in and having a gossip and a catch up and he always cuts my hair exactly how I want it! I’ve had hairdressers in the past that I’ve felt awkward with or don’t cut my hair how I imagined it to look but I always trust Billy to do a fab job every time! Was offered a drink when I came in which I never really get unless you go to get your hair cut from somewhere that will charge you a fortune. Really good service, Kiri was so lovely and made me feel comfortable, she was also so professional. If I lived permanently in Bristol I would get my hair cut here all the time. They are really good for value, I was quoted £50 for a wet cut due to the length and thickness somewhere else and it was no issue here, I was charged £25 and its the best £25 ive spent on a haircut!!! would 100% recommend. Parking is super easy but theres also a bus stop opposite. the place looked really clean and professional and felt upmarket for the price you pay. All the staff were really nice and were chatty, there was no awkwardness at all. Hope the best for the staff, was lovely experience.

Very welcoming and friendly place. Went in for a hair cut for our little boy (2y/o), the lady was very patient and did a great job! We were offered tea/coffee whilst we waited and Ezra got a sticker and some sweets once his trim was complete. Would recommend and will be going back in the future! 5stars.

I have never been a fan of hairdressing salons, due to my personality type, I have always felt awkward and uncomfortable. I've tried loads, from the cheapest to the most expensive - I've even travelled to Solihull from Bristol to have my hair done (and left feeling massively disappointed). Perfected is the best one I've found so far, not only a beautiful salon, but a lovely atmosphere and very conveniently for me, happens to be just around the corner from my house. I always get a friendly greeting, my stylist (Katie) is fabulous and highly skilled and I always leave happy.

I've never enjoyed going to the hairdresser because no one can cut curly hair!!! 100000% recommend perfected for hair, they take their time, they actually do what you ask, and everyone is friendly. I've have shellac done frequently too and Emily is really friendly and takes her time, it never feels like they're in a rush to get rid of you, every customer is given the right amount of time no matter how busy. You're not just business to them you're welcome. Reasonably priced for what you're getting too! Highly recommend.

A truly unique experience. I'm often a very nervous client when it comes to my hair but the staff at Perfected have really won me over. They are very approachable with any ideas or suggestions on styles that you like and will be completely honest with the possible outcomes. I felt completely comfortable discussing different options with them and wasn't made to feel like a pain when asking lots of questions. The salon itself is beautiful and every member of staff can always be seen with a welcoming smile on their face. The beauty treatments have always been a wonderful and relaxing experience for me and I'm now exploring the world of botox at their new botox clinic. I feel lucky to have found you lovely ladie's!!!
