First time going to this salon and I am extremely impressed. The whole experience was amazing from the moment I walked through the door. The atmosphere and decor is bright and very classy. Roza washed, cut and blowdry my hair. She was so lovely to talk to and very professional. What an asset she is to this salon. I am very happy with my new hair cut and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Will return again.

Plaza is a bright, spacious, classy salon where the staff are welcoming and genuinely lovely. The decor is beautiful, the music calming and there are extremely talented hairdressers and colourists. A salon that gets everything right .

Very pleased with my hair - again! Rosa did highlights and a restyle for me. I have moved to The Cotswolds now but I certainly shall keep returning to Plaza for my hair appointments. Rosa and everyone at Plaza is lovely...and I have such fun and laughs too when I'm there!

Charlotte cut my twin toddlers' hair and Hollie (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong!) did my restyle. Charlotte was great with my girls, both of whom have not been to a hair salon before. Would definitely recommend her for small people. Hollie was lovely and restyled my mullet perfectly. It was just a really nice experience and I will be going back to her for future cut and colour. Front of house was clean and bright, we were welcomed warmly and professionally. I would 100% recommend Plaza!

Formally Essensials, great service, and very welcoming. They are always happy to squeeze in a last minute appointment if they can. Not too clicky or trendy a good mix of stylists, so no fear of walking out with a freaky doo! I always love my colour and cut when I leave, I have never been disappointed! Recommended!

Second hairdresser I tried when I moved to portishead and I’m definitely now a loyal customer. Rosa is a great hairdresser and lovely to chat to at the same time. The pricing is probably one of the better ones in portishead too in my opinion.
