Harry did an absolutely amazing job of turning my idea, into a beautiful tattoo that I couldn't be happier with! All the artists are incredibly welcoming, the studio is immaculate I felt very comfortable there and everyone was very friendly. Harry was very thorough with everything and I definitely will be back in the near future to get some more incredible art work done. Thank you!!!😁

Pleasant experience, barbers are quite laid back and non-fussy. Prices are a little on the high side but good availability with appointments and can do a Monday when all the other barbers are closed.

Fantastic place and all the barbers are phenomenal! I’ve never stuck with just one person to do my hair. I’m very happy to go to who ever is available and not one of them has ever left me unhappy with the finished look! All are happy to talk, polite, make you feel comfortable, take the time to know what you want with your hair even throughout the process, do a great job and go the extra mile. Could not recommend enough!

I've been going to Keep the Faith for around 5 years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are the BEST barbers in the Cardiff area. They offer a reasonably priced and professional service. Richard is my usual barber and every hair cut and beard trim he does is outstanding. Nothing is too much trouble and I never have to wait. The shop is also very COVID safe. To cap it all off, the guys are great and really sociable. I would highly recommend KTF. 👌

Best place in Cardiff to get a haircut. Most comfortable place to be with covid rules, and the haircuts, personality of the store and staff, is off the chains. If you are a dude with long hair this is the only place in the city that will be able to handle and deal with your hair correctly. Can't recommend this place enough

Best barbers in Cardiff hands down. Have been going here for almost two years now and don’t think I’ll be going elsewhere. Always a great chat with the guys there, and I can’t fault their prices at all. Sure, they’re not the cheapest place around, but like their wall says “Good haircuts aren’t cheap, cheap haircuts aren’t good”. Highly recommend calling in for a cut if you’ve not done so before. Sometimes there’s a bit of a wait for walk-ins so I’d book in advance if possible.

I've been on the search for a good barbers that understands how to cut and style beards as well as hair. I'm so glad I stepped into KTFSC today. The customer interaction from the moment I went in to the moment I left was great. That along with the great haircut and full understanding of what I wanted aswell as needed for my beard styling was just what I've been looking for. Cool place in I've of the beautiful Cardiff arcades. Very friendly and helpful customer service. And most of all Haircut much better than I expected. On top of that they sell really cool hoodies and shirts. Most probably you might need to wait for a bit but Definitely worth it !

I had very particular requirements (it's a long story) but no exact design in mind, so I gave Shaun a rough idea of what I wanted and he took it and adapted it into his own style, which ended up looking fantastic. Keep the faith is the best barber shop I've ever been too. Not only does the place look awesome but they give the best hair/beard cuts in Cardiff. It's hidden away in the arcades but it's impossible not to notice when you walk past; with large windows covering the front of the shop and a motorcycle sat at the front window which for me made it rather inviting to check out. The waiting area has an Xbox and a pool table with great comfortable sofas and an array of reading material from tattoo designs to comic books. I'm in there every 2-3 weeks and they have never disappointed. They also have a tattoo studio upstairs which I've not attended but I hear great things about the artists. There will be a wait on cuts. So either book in advance or come early during their walk in times.
