Not only are they always professional, but you can always guarantee that the place is clean and welcoming. We book appointments and they never cancel on you, always on time and send reminders the night before which is amazing! Even if you need that last minute cut they accommodate aslong as your good to wait your turn. Never packed as they have a system (Bookings) that allows even parents to stay and wait and are always welcoming. I tried them out and never left! Like clockwork i get my cut and book the next.
