K. R.Jo and Morgan are fantastic, they made me feel so welcome! Both were very friendly and personable. Had such a great experience from start to finish. Jo was very knowledgeable and recommended the best treatments/style for my hair. Morgan gives the most amazing hair wash…with a little massage! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family! Already looking forward to going back! See you soon!!
D. P.Absolutely love coming here to have my hair done.This will be my 3rd year. Never stayed with a salon this long. Paige is always happy to advise on colour and cuts.Always have a fab range of colours. . Staff so friendly and welcoming. Never left being disappointed. Always get great compliments on how nice my hair looks. Love the range of drinks on offer. Becky always makes me relaxed when washing my hair. Nothing is too much trouble.
C. M.Jo from Carabella was the hair stylist for my wedding day. She did my hair, 4 bridesmaids and my mums. She arrived lovely and early with a beaming smile and she really fitted in like one of the bridal party. I had two trails before the big day which were great, Jo really listened to what I wanted and delivered on the day perfectly. The bridesmaids each chose their own hair styles, each a different one, and they all looked incredible. She absolutely smashed it and must have felt under pressure with my fussy bridesmaids...it didn’t show. People still ask me now who done our hair when they see our wedding pics. Five stars from me!!
B. H.Lovely village location and warm and friendly salon.I have regularly had my nails and hair done at CarraBella and have no hesitation in recommending. I am a fusspot regarding my fading locks and initially Jo cut my hair incrementally. We did laugh but she took the whole process seriously, understanding what I wanted.Her salon always goes out of their way to find the right nail colour for me as well (yes rather a picky person) and always with a smile.
I do find the long negative review rather puzzling and alien to the service I have recieved.The long chat prior to even starting the appointment can only highlight the very professional approach of CarraBella.
c. R.I have been coming to Carabella for a few years now after seeing the fabulous work they had been doing with my sister's hair. I have very long hair and normally have a full head of highlights, I've had this for the last 20 odd years! Since coming here I have been brave enough to shake the colours up a bit; I've had subtle pink streaked in, grey & even went much darker, which I never thought I'd do - everytime delighted with my new look. Jo, Paige & Libby have all done my hair and I've been more than happy with the results whoever I have. I always get compliments after leaving the salon & even my fiance notices 😂 Keep up the good work girls & I'll see you in about 8-10 weeks!! Xxx
V. M.I went to Carabella for a cut and blow dry. I was made to feel totally welcome. I have very stubborn hair and Jo did a fab job. We got chatting and I booked her for my wedding for four bridesmaids. Jo was amazing the girls absolutely loved their hair. She has a great eye for detail and nothing was too much. Highly recommend
