L. M.First time in this salon, not had my hair cut in nearly 3 years so to say I was nervous/anxious is an understatement ! I shouldn't have been, was greeted by a very friendly smiley young man who immediately put me at ease. Mia was absolutely brilliant when I explained my fears, she listened to what I wanted and advised me on the best products for my hair, not pushing any of their own on me. Left feeling totally relaxed and my hair felt amazing. Can't wait to go back for my colours in a couple of weeks 😊
N. A.I’ve been a client of Gaynor’s for many years.
But unfortunately I moved and had a disastrous hair experience when I had to use an alternative hairdresser! Both with an extremely poor cut and appalling colour.
Returned to Gaynor at I.D and she agreed it was a total mess and the one off hairdresser had ruined my hair texture and she agreed it was a very bad cut.
Gaynor gave me a complete new look and recoloured my hair- and I LOVE it.
I’ve got fine hair and it never looks good after the wind has got to it - but not now, I returned home this morning after a very windy dog walk in an open field - and when I arrived back home my hair looked no different to before I left home - all down to a fabulous cut. Thoroughly recommend I.D, the ambience, beautiful decor, friendly staff all make for a truly enjoyable experience. It’s great to have total faith in your hairdresser!

V. T.Lovely cut and style by Jonny, nothing to complain about there, but the last time I Visited, the price was £50. This time, I was charged £60. I was a bit shocked to say the least.
But I understand small businesses are struggling.
Very lovely staff so will continue to support them.
