Honestly 10/10 would recommend this hairdressers. Staff were lovely and everyone was very friendly. They did an amazing job on my hair and I’m so pleased with how it turned out. Would definitely come back here again in the future to have my hair done

Went with my daughter today, had a lovely trim & freshen up for myself & gorgeous blonde highlights & a trim for my daughter. Very welcoming staff, everyone we spoke to from booking, right through to the end of the appointment, were friendly, informative, caring & really went above & beyond to understand what we were looking for today & longterm. Hi! This may appear in Italian and seem to come from my husband but I want to say that although I live in Italy and come back to visit my sister once or twice a year I will ONLY have my hair cut at Loui hair studio! A beautiful salon, felt very relaxed and comfortable as soon as I came in. Was offered a coffee before I even sat down which is a winner! Lovely atmosphere and I even say in the garden whilst my hair treatment was in. Roxy was throughly professional and explained everything she was doing and made sure I was happy. I've been getting me barnet sorted out loads since 2003. Very pretty salon. Very helpful. Clean. Been going to lots of different hairdressers though, but I keep coming back here. If Carlsberg made hairdressers, they would be called Loui's!

Nia - who runs the esthetics - is amazing. I've been waxing since 1997 and have worked with estheticians from around the world and she by far in my top 5, probably top 3. Felicity is a whizz with cut and style and is not afraid to work with a girl to take chances.
