Big shout out to James for sorting me out with a very professional trim (Faded Undercut). Good value for money and a seamless online booking system (although I understand they are happy to accept walk-ins depending on how busy they happen to be). The barbershop's interior has a classic yet timeless wooden decor creating a warm ambience and helping customers feel all the more welcome. Will defo be returning in the future!

Just back from my first trip to a (any) barbers in many years and it was great here. I've cut my own hair for years but i'll be a regular here from now on. I needed someone I could trust for a smart cut for my wedding and Yogi brought the skills! Nice atmosphere, polite and relaxed here, despite being justifiably busy. I was mortified as I was a couple of mins late as I went to the wrong side of the shopping centre in error but luckily I was forgiven. Top marks. I'll be back!

I am going always there for my baby boy haircut , the haircuts they do they are nice , and they are patient especially with the kids . The price should be a bit less for a baby 2 years old , than 12£ but is allright. Happy with their services!

Greg has been on site here for yrs. Not a regular but the shop has great regular customers. Prices are reasonable, shop is tidy and smart with interesting fittings. You can book on line or phone in advance. Respectable business.

Very well lit Barbers. I would suggest booking an appointment in advance. The waiting time is long if you just walk in from the street. I was pleased with my hair cut. They don't accept cards.

I always get my hair cut here. Brilliant bunch of guys, always a nice atmosphere in there. Would have been a 5 Star but waiting times are always very long, worth the wait however! Also, I always only ever wait for a few specific barbers as I prefer how they cut and style my hair. Alex is always very friendly and does a great job! :)

I always go here for my haircuts now because they're open 7 days a week, the environment's relaxed with good background music and the fact that they're so busy shows they must be doing something right. They've got better with the introduction of the ticket system for walk ins because when they started it was like the queue system described by Dave Gorman in one of his "Modern Life is Goodish" bits.

If artisan design, light bulbs round every mirror and old bottles are your thing this could be the barber shop for you. Quality of the haircut was fine, but the music ruined it. I must be like 80 years old but it was too loud and no filter on the selection of songs leading to swear words etc. Not necessarily a problem with that but if you plan on taking younger kids it's definitely something to consider.

Great barbers. Great prices for the service / cut you get. Allways busy so that must be a sign of its quality. I have used at least 5 of the team over the last year or so and never once had a bad cut by any of them. Highly recommend this place.

Have been taking my son for his his cut since he was 2 years old and it has been a very good experience. The staff are friendly and very patient with him and now my son is 5 years old and does not cry or make a fuss anymore. Am truly happy with the services offered.

Also really good decorations, espetially signed footballers Tshirts are awesome... 9Big improvement with the customer order number, reduced the waiting time. Very busy whenever I go there but I guess that is good ;) Cash only is a only downside really. Still, strong 5* ;)

Been five times, only started going again as I heard there is now a ticket system which is a no brainer. Nice shop and decent haircuts but one thing I would say is that a Hello or Goodbye when you enter/leave would be nice. As other's have said, customer service could be better. They don't make you feel particularly special, just get you in and get you out. Will be looking around to see what else is local, Yogi was'nt in yesterday and the guy who cut my hair did'nt do anything that I asked for, his English was'nt the best

'Under promise, Over deliver'. Once again, turned away 45 minutes before the advertised closing time after battling the usual traffic to get there. They should change their advertised closing time to 17:00. That way, when people rock up with the hope of getting a half decent hair cut at 16:59, they can surprise them by saying yes! Cuts are a little inconsistent as well depending on who you get. Some use the razor to tidy your cut, others don't. It quite often feels rushed which is a shame as they're a great bunch of guys who are always busy, too busy. In short, waiting times are too long with a lack of seats, service is totally inconsistent and if you go within an hour of closing, you'll be lucky to get seen. Maybe it's time to find bigger premises, get more Barbers and open later every night!

This appears to be an establishment that markets itself as being at the premium end of a Barber Shop experience. Although pleased with the overall finish, it fell short of my expectations for a number of reasons and certainly hasn't convinced me to change from my current barbers in Birmingham. Firstly, nobody picks up the phone or greets you as you enter (and even asks you what you would like doing or offers you a drink). Secondly, the website isn't clear on: the services offered, the fact that you have to pre-book to receive certain services (or even that you can pre-book). Thirdly, the barber didn't have very good listening skills, nor did he use any shaving products with the cut throat razor. Additionally, the place didn't look very clean - it doesn't take long to sweep previous customer's hair off the floor. This place has so much potential, its just a shame it hasn't matched the standards of other high end Barber Shops in the Midlands.

Pretty busy shop. With number of hair dressers working at the same time. Generally wait is around 15 mins to an hour depending what day and time you visit. No prior appointment is required. Dont forget to take your ticket to join the waiting que.
