Amazing experience from start to finish, went in for nails then had my hair cut by an amazing stylist called Holli who totally looked after me. Was patient, sweet and a brilliant stylist, will be going back to Holli. Also booked appointment for eyebrow tattooing with the super lovely Manager. Vegan products used (Aveda) and the building has a great energy there. Feeling happy, thankyou team!

Had my semi permanent make up eyebrows done by Hannah Betts on Wednesday and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results. I wanted a natural look as I’m fair with blonde hair and Hannah gave me exactly what I asked for! It was honestly spot on! She also made me feel totally relaxed from the moment I arrived. Really competitive price too. I will be recommending to all my family and friends - thank you Hannah!

My friend Kasia bought my eyebrows as my wedding gift as maid of honour, my rock Inthis crazy world ❤️ With Hannah you literally get what is explained and she was so careful and delicate it was only as painful as plucking! She's professional, creative, can bring out your facial features and meticulous, exactly the person I needed to do my brows as I was apprehensive about the procedure due to it being permanent. I wanted my brows to have a natural look and she absolutely delivered. So fluffy!!!! They are amazing and gorgeous and just in time for my wedding too 😊. Thanks Hannah 😘 definitely recommend xx

It was my first time visiting the Ferne Alexandra Salon.. I really needed my hair cutting and styling since lockdown, and after my friend recommended this salon to me I thought I would give it a go. I love the fact that the salon is 100% Vegan, this really appealed me to when booking in. The salon is so beautiful, and from the outset the staff were so welcoming and super super friendly. I was booked in with Tilly who was so lovely, and made me feel so at ease as I sometimes get anxious going to new places . She really looked after me , and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my end result . She was super knowledgable and professional - giving me advice on my hair type, and how to look after my hair properly and also giving me product recommendations for after my appointment to keep my hair in the best condition. Very helpful. It was a really relaxing experience I definitely felt pampered. My hair is in so much better condition and is a lot healthier now! I’m so happy with it. The whole process was lovely from start to finish, I will definitely be booking in again. I would definitely recommend this salon.

Tilly!! Oh she is just the best, been with her for around 2 years now and I always get so many compliments on my colour! She’s lovely to chat to as well which makes the 5 hour appointments fun (thick and long hair!) xx

I’ve been going here for about a year now and every time I love my experience. Every time I visit Tilly will sit with me and discuss what we both think should be done with my hair and she always remembers what I’ve told her on previous appointments even though they’re always months apart. Amazing service and they will always make sure you’re happy with your hair.

Hannah done a amazing job with my eyebrows, I got what I asked for, a natural, fuller look, I’m very happy with them. Hannah was very professional and friendly, made me feel at ease, as it was my first time. Totally recommend Hannah, I’m so happy with the results.
