S. D.I had a patch test and filled out a covid form on the Saturday and had my consultation with Lucy and I agreeing on my colour. On Tuesday I had my appointment at 5pm. Yes the salon was busy but it was very clean and tidy. I sat down and Lucy was so friendly and happy even though I was her last appointment you’d have thought I was her first. As discussed she made sure I was happy with my colour (I was going from mousy brown to burgundy red) she started to apply the colour and I was grinning through my mask. Lucy wore a mask and visor as did all the hairdressers. Lucy and I had a very friendly chat and it wasn’t forced. I saw the salon constantly being swept and tided and cleaned throughout the whole time I was there. I literally cannot fault hashtag hair, all the staff are friendly and happy. I also can’t fault the price. It wasn’t expensive considering I was there for 2 hours. I thoroughly recommend hashtag hair and wouldn’t go anyone else. 5 star service and Lucy you are an absolutely gem of a hairdresser I’m lucky to have such a good hairdresser
