Had no appointment but they saw me pretty much straight away. Very welcoming and friendly service. Hairdresser listened to my requests and cut my hair according to these. Very happy overall. Highly recommend

Great that you can now join the que online, very pleased with My cut and finished. Prices online however do not match what charged so make sure you ask how much it is going to cost as not quite as cheap as everyone thinks that being said I was happy to pay the gentleman who cut My hair was amazing.

Really pleased with how gentle the lady was with my hair. She gave me good advice on how to keep my hair healthy and whilst she was styling my hair she was very gentle and careful and got everything right. I will definitely be coming back when I need my hair cut and to have another treatment!

Had an amazing experience at Supercuts. My appointment was later than booked due to being a busy Saturday, but staff members were great at communicating to me about waiting times and I was happy to wait. Tyler was absolutely amazing. He fixed my 'lockdown haircut', tailored my haircut to my needs and curl pattern and I absolutely love it. Looking forward to getting my hair coloured in the near future and many thanks to you Tyler x

I got my two daughters hair cut on Sunday (yes Euro finals day 😔) Booked in on the day by Silvana. Silvana was very professional and really good with my youngest who is 4 years old. Both daughters had really long hair. I wanted a bob cut for the youngest. Silvana explained she will try her very best as she could see that my daughter kept moving. Silvana was very patient with my daughter. She had finished but was not satisfied. She said if we want, my daughter can have a break for about 20 mins and then she can level the hair properly. We did take this up and really appreciate it. My eldest is 9 years old and absolutely loves her new haircut. Silvana made some recommendations which my daughter is really glad about. First time at Supercuts and was very happy with the experience. Silvana was very cool, calm and collective.

I haven’t had a proper haircut now for 2 years (since Covid) and I was so nervous about going into a new salon environment. My hair was very damaged from bleaching and over colouring my hair, I chopped it myself but needed a trim to make it all level and thin it out. I booked my appointment online and turned up and from the start of my appointment to the end, I was served with politeness and brilliant customer service to the end. I had to take my 2 year old with me as I’m a single parent and my daughter was given so much attention and even got to sit on one of the big chairs next to me. I don’t know the name of the lady who did my hair but I do know she was from Greece… but she was absolutely wonderful, so polite and caring and really took care of my hair. My hair has never felt and looked as good as it does now, I’m so happy and relived as I hated my hair before my visit. I’ll be definitely going back, 10/10!!!

Really lovely hairdresser. He was on his own so had to assist other customers throughout my cut but was really polite about it. Very informative about what I could do with my hair and what was best. Tyler was really good, he listened to what I wanted and made sure it was done perfect. The only downside to booking online they didn’t give me the option of putting my hair length or thickness so even though it made prices from it didn’t give me a clearer price and I think this made Tyler feel a little uncomfortable when telling me it would be more expensive which is what I was expecting anyway. I just think a little update on the website would make Tyler and the other stylists jobs a little easier.

I was really happy with my cut and blow dry with Tylerb. My hair is long but has been damaged from over straightening so I had a lot of breakage. Tylerb talked me through everything that I could do to help get it back to a good condition again and went into detail about different products that would suit my hair type as well as listening to what I wanted from my appointment. I was worried about having too much taken off the length because I’ve had previous experiences at different salons where I have come away from the appointment hating my hair because they have taken off too much even though I asked them not to. Tylerb cut my hair really well and managed to maintain a nice length especially around the front where it really matters. I will definitely be going back again in 6 weeks time for another trim. Highly recommend.

I've never been to any hairdressers at all due to suffering from anxiety, I was extremely worried. Upon arrival I was welcomed by staff. The setting was lovely and relaxed. The manager Tylerb did my hair and I must say I was soon put to ease, every step was explained and I was handled with utmost care and consideration. I was advised what would be suitable and let Tyleb take control as I had no idea what to do, I informed Tylerb of the special event and the rest was upto the him. Such an amazing experience after all.. would I go again? Definitely... my hair is amazing, so much so I can't stop looking in the mirror. I was reassured to come back if I suddenly changed my mind or was not happy with it. Looking forward to a big day coming up. THANKYOU SO SO MUCH TYLERB.

Finally got a haircut after the lockdown eased up. Booked an appointment with Silvana at Derby salon. From the start to finish, she was simply amazing. She ran over a bit late which she was apologetic for (but I was more than happy to wait and completely understood a lot of people were desperate for a hair cut like I was!). Once it was my turn, she went through what I was looking for very thoroughly, especially with style, length and even brining some images up to make sure she knew what I was looking for. Normally, I sit through the hair cut relatively quiet, but Silvana was so lovely and easy to talk to and relaxed me up completely! I was errming and ahhing about getting a side fringe and based on my face shape, she did a little side snip (which turned out to be the perfect one for me, she even knew that my fringe doesn’t really stay nicely without me even saying it; and I usually forget this!!). She also mentioned that my hair is straight and heavy (I always thought my hair is too light) which upon reflection, it’s 1000% true as whenever I style or put products in my hair, it gets really flat and greasy looking rather than staying up nicely!! I am completely over the moon with my hair cut. And it’s the first time where I felt completely in love with the cut even once I returned home. I honestly cannot recommend her enough and super massive appraisal for her. It is extremely likely that I will become one of her regular!

My 3rd time here, as always staff are friendly and professional. Impeccable service all the time. Due to the pandemic obviously situations have changed and so they now offer a walk in service. You may have to wait so be prepared. This is NO FAULT to the staff, its just the way things are now. Thankyou once again.

Both mum and I had an appointment yesterday, We usually see Mai, but she wasn’t there, instead we were booked with a lovely young man, who did both our cuts, he was very friendly and knew his stuff, the cuts we both received are exactly what we wanted, couldn’t recommend enough. Lovely place also with the covid restrictions in place felt safe and the place was clean.

I popped in today for an impromptu haircut and I was quickly seen to. I had the most thorough hair wash I think I've ever had with a really nice head massage. That was followed by a very thorough cut with a lot of attention to detail. For my first experience here, I was thoroughly impressed!

Always have my hair done here by Mei.. she’s so lovely and always does my hair so well .. cannot fault her in anyway 10 out of 10.. a very annoying booking system though as had to keep checking to get an appointment with Mei as it didn’t always have her name on there
