T. H.I cannot praise Dougie and Sheds enough for their exceptional service and support. Having lost my hair as a result of chemotherapy I selected Sheds for support with my prescription wig fitting. Over the two appointments where we first chose the wig and then had my hair cut off and the wig fitted and styled, Dougie was experienced, sensitive, empathetic and calm, making the process very positive and leaving me with confidence for how to maintain the wig and get on with my life. There is a very clear focus on empathy rather than any business driver, and I was given as much information, time and space as was needed to accept my hairloss. Dougie is an absolute treasure and I can't thank him enough for the considerable impact he made on an unforgettable day.
R. S.I won't ever go anywhere else. I keep moving further away from Dunfermline and I will always go back there. The staff are so nice and amazing at their jobs. Dougie is fantastic and Hannah is wonderful. Friendly, skilled, and a joy to spend time with. They always make me feel comfortable and they really look after me when I'm there.
