Had to call four times to get through to book an appointment. Came to the day and time, arrived; "it doesn't look like we wrote it down in the book. You can wait 30 minutes for a haircut though". Only apologised once I looked irritated. Doesn't look like I'll ever use this hairdresser. Edit: thank you for the apology.
