I'm very fussy about haircuts, and I really appreciate a barber who knows what they are doing, looks at the head,hair and personality of every customer and find the right style for them. Havoc Barbershop has such a barber.... in fact he is really a proper hairdresser... working from the barber shop aesthetic. Skilled barber. Very friendly. And shop has a lovely decor and atmosphere. 10/¹⁰ @🤗

First off great haircuts and beard trimming. However what elevates this place is the absolute great chat they have. I'm someone who normally hates barbershop chat but these guys are great. Hilarious and good fun. Wish my hair grew faster so I could back more often. Could easily see myself travelling here just for a haircut.

Went to Sam for a little over two years and he always provided an excellent service. His skills as a barber are only bettered by what I believe the Scottish refer to as ‘patter’. If you’re looking for a decent barber, then look no further because he is the best.

Havoc is a great barbers. Never get a bad haircut, beard trims always come out looking sharp. Value for money. With Ryan and Sam, you have two experienced, professional guys with personality and good chat to go with it!!

I will Never stop praising this place. I lived in Edinburgh for 4 years and it took me 3 years and a bit to find a place to cut my hair that I liked. Then I found this one - I don't just like it, I love it. Sam is the best barber in town, great chat, lovely attitude and also made me feel super comfortable. I have afro hair and he's the first person to tend to it so well, nothing but good vibes from me here. I would recommend 11/10.

I’ve been getting my haircut at Havoc for some time now. My barber Ryan is always tip top. I’ve went through a variety of hairstyles and he’s always listened to what I’m after and delivered. Good vibes in the place as well and can have a chat with them all. Highly recommend these boys!

A few months ago, I was in Edinburgh for a date with this absolute princess. However, it was obvious that my hair needed a chop beforehand and I stopped in at the nearest barbershop to my current location on google. I Enter Havoc. I go into the shop and the first thing that I notice about my eperience was the atmosphere. A vibrant and lively place with great music in the background. It was busy, but myself and the other waiting customers were all chatting and vibing away to tunes like 'Material Girl' by Madonna. Whilst there were a few customers in, the two barbers serving were very efficient and got everyone their desired cut quickly. Enter me. I get served by the barber whose name was Ryan. I tell him about my date and lament how because my hair is so thick and curly it often is hard to style. "Not a problem, my young padawan" says Ryan. He suggests cutting it into a mullet - and cheekily suggests we could even do a retro 80s handlebar moustache. Why not. I go for it. And I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. For the first time in my life I get a different hairstyle and I love it - all thanks to the staff at Havoc barbershop. I go to pay with the other barber on shift, I recall his name was Sam and I think he was the owner, and he asked me what time my date is. I tell both him and Ryan and they give me a few tips for the upcoming date. I think they could tell how nervous I was. I go straight there to my date absolutely full of confidence now - thanks to the pep talk from the boys on top of the smashing haircut. It goes well. She loved the hair. Loved the tache. We vibe. Fast forward to now. She is my girlfriend. I think we may get married one day. Life is great. And really, it could have been all so different if I hadn't chanced upon Havoc barbershop that random day some months ago. Thank you Ryan, Sam and Havoc for giving me one of the best and most important days of my life!!!! Next time I am in Edinburgh I most certainly will be stopping past this barbershop again where I hope I can thank the boys in person with a pint or two. Maybe I can even introduce you to my girlfriend!!!

Had my hair and beard trimmed here last week by Asha, while the proprietor happened to be in. Both were as friendly as could be, provided a quality trim, speedy, and reasonably priced for the city.
