Lovely salon and staff. I got back in touch asking if my roots could be blended a bit more and they couldn't have been nicer about it and got me back in asap to go over my hair again with the hairdresser who had originally done it (she was still learning). Great customer service and my hair looks great. Thanks guys!

I'm so happy I found this fabulous place! I normally find hair salons stressful, but Rock n Rose has a really laid back, friendly and uplifting vibe. The stylist, Caitlin, was just lovely and she transformed my very long (and knotty hair) into a gorgeous new style. I left feeling amazing. I just wish I lived in Edinburgh... Love this Salon so much! All girls are so lovely and make you feel so welcome, and Jay took so much care with my hair making sure it was exactly what i wanted and recommending what she thought was best for me, i love my hair and can’t wait to go back again!

Wish I could give them more! I got my hair done by Kate who couldn’t have done a better job. I was getting a completely new look, she set expectations, explaining everything before we started. When I went for my patch test I explained I’m not hugely comfortable in hairdresser, they were so lovely about it and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. I was encouraged to do what made me feel relaxed and comfortable, so I watched Netflix with my headphones in. My hair came out better than I could have imagined. I would recommend them to everyone, such a lovely, understanding salon!!

Went for my second appointment yesterday at the Jeffrey St salon and Jay gave me a gorgeous new cut and colour. I'm absolutely in love with it and both her and everyone else I talked to were super lovely. Highly recommended this salon and their staff! They're all super lovely and everything I see them do (plus what they've done with my own hair) is always excellent! 10/10. This is definitely my new regular place!

Professional, friendly, happy and very talented staff! I hadn't had colour on my hair for over three years so I was nervous about changing it, but the staff at Rock n Rose were so attentive and really knew their stuff. This place has done it again. Professional staff who know their stuff, friendly and welcoming with a cool interior. The guys always go above and beyond to make my experience amazing and they are pretty god damn talented. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new hairdressers.

This is my favourite place for some hair self care. Hannah's colour skills are so great and her knowledge for what will work is vast, she is very informative on explaining the process when I've asked. On a single occasion where a colour didn't quite turn out as planned she immediately expressed her desire to continue until the end result was something we were both happy with. I really appreciat the aspect of customer service and passion for skill too i believe this colour gang are bringing something bold and new to Edinburgh that has been missing. The other members of the team are always very friendly and despite being booked in with one person i always feel like everyone interacts with one another so it feels like a big family and there's always great banter and i look forward to each visit.

Absolute love my hair that Kate created on Saturday. Staff are professional, friendly and talented. The salon has a nice quirky atmosphere and lovely little extras like iPads that you can watch Netflix on. :)

I started going to Rock and Rose when the opened their 1st venue near meadowbank and the service was always great. The new venue is in a great location and looks brilliant inside but more importantly it's got the same level of service they had in the first venue and I would highly recommend their work.

Great place, ahead of the game. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Very high standards with fair prices. Their first salon went from strength to strength and this one looks even better!
